Holds up my level 4 plates. Storage is limited, just plates and if you have it a helmet. Decent value. Make sure you put it into a stud.

Product came nicely boxed and well protected. As I removed the pieces, I was Impressed by the workmanship and finish on the wood pieces, and the paint on the metal bracket. Much nicer than I expected.Hardware (nuts and bolts,etc.) were of good quality, and there were extra pieces included, so no worry about shortages. Hex wrench included, although it is soft and rounded on one of the bolts. Two were included in the kit, or use your own.The instruction book is color printed on nice paper, but not especially clear on the selection of hardware to use on which part. For instance, the wooden shelf is thinner than the other wood pieces and you must pick out the shorter screws and bolts to assemble properly. It is a bit fiddly to assemble, and some may need another set of hands.The die cut "felt" pad for the shelf needed a bit of trimming to fit the routed area.I bought to use to hang my motorcycle jacket in the garage. The width of the hanger is a little narrow for such application, but acceptable. Better than hanging on a hook.All in - nice product with better than expected quality. I would buy another if I had hanging space for it.

The design is amazing. The hardware is HORRIBLE! The Allen’s they provide fit horrible so have your own, not a big deal. Some of the screws were bent, some of the Allen cap screws had chunks missing from the head and the drywall anchors were old and brittle, half of them disintegrated when used. I tried to back out two of the screws and now they just spin in the hole. This one is going to have to stay in the office after my time here is done. The frame and wood are fine and it looks great on the wall but the hardware is disappointing.

This hanger is solidly constructed and holds my airsoft plate carrier no problem. As long as its properly mounted to a stud, it should have no problem holding plate carriers regardless of their weight. The shelf is great for keeping my wallet, flashlight and other EDC items. Definitely a tacti-cool thing, but useful and smile inducing none the less!

Overall great quality in the metal and wood.Easy to put together, and holds a lot of weightThe bad, the bolts and fasteners including the wall anchors are absolutely trash. I had to pick up wall anchors from the store.Other than that a great value and I would recommend for the money.

I have a pair of toolbelt suspenders that I have rigged up with all my dog walking gear. For a long time, it was just hanging off of a command strip that I had by the door. I got this Vest Hangar and it is a huge upgrade from my single hook. Ok, I guess it doesn't really DO much that's different from the hook, but it looks a lot better and makes the harness look like it is supposed to be there instead of just a bunch of random straps hanging from a hook.
