A bit sweet but I like the taste. Mix them in with you Chex mix.

I lOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS STUFF! I've begun putting them into snack sized bags, to prevent me from munching on the entire bag mindlessly. I wasn't able to eat these in the past, due to celiac disease. But, now they are being made gluten free, without wheat. I wish they would change the Strawberry flavor to gluten free. I've tried several different recipes for Muddy Budies/Puppy Chow, but it's no where near as good as these. The flavor of the powdered sugar on the snack mix, really sets off the peanut butter/chocolate taste. When your tongue hits the powdered sugar, there's like a flavor burst in your mouth. Then, the peanut butter/chocolate taste hits. Ooh La La! I hope they never stop making these. Note, while the allergy warning, does say it "may contain wheat" I have never had my celiac's set off with the new recipe. I highly recommend this snack mix. While these are no healthfoods, they're ccertainly a yummy occasional treat to add to a healthhy diet. Thank you for reading my review.

Its OK. Not peanut butter taste at all. But it's OK as a plain chocolate candy .Has a nice crunch

The ultimate guilty pleasure, and extremely shelf stable! Calorie dense, sweet as pure sugar, some protein on top, its perfect. Muddy buddies, puppy chow, whatever you call it. This is also at the time of purchase a very nice deal. Currently sitting at 2.89 a bag, its hard to beat this.

I never had these so when I tried them I was surprised. They were not very sweet. They gave me just enough chocolate and crunch to satisfy my cravings also with a hint of peanut butter.

Update: the 2 bags I bought yesterday arrived in the are completely fine! They taste delicious! Both my bags of Muddy Buddies were crushed during transit! The little bits I could salvage were good. I bought two more bags to replace, hoping they come in a box this time!

These are the best snack ever! And the best flavor! I can never find this flavor at Walmart or frys!! Grr! Glad I can get them on here!
