Will this pen work on black paper?

I bought this hoping it would be a good replacement for the Sigma pen and using it for highlights but it does not work properly. It clogged immediately and made a mess on my art table. I would not recommend this pen, I would look at the Sharpie fine white poster pen.

What can this be refilled with? Can I put Kuretake’s white ink in these pens?

The whole ink cartridge is replaceable with the refill cartridge that is sold separately. It just unscrews from the tip end and the new one screws back on, very easy to refill.

Is the ink waterproof once dry?

It didn't flow with ease...it wasn't bright and opaque as advertised....

So inquiring minds wann know ..did removing the yellow ring fix the bubbles & leaking or what?! Im not buying otherwise?

I have not had any leaking. I have not used any other brand pen, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But I can’t say I am happy with this pen.
