There are already excellent reviews written about this opener. It is truly a great unit. As many people have noted, it is whisper quiet. Love it! We replaced a Liftmaster that was about 8 years old. The unit wireless module quit working and it was out of manufacturer. The motor unit was working fine. The entire unit had to be replaced unless I wanted to install an external receiver. My only concern with this one is the electronics. If they go out it does not look easy or even possible to fix. I will update this post if I ever have any issues with it. I love the MyQ app. I could not tell you how many times we asked ourselves if we closed the garage door when leaving! The MyQ lets you see if the door is open or not without needing to look at the camera. I have integrated it with a Tesla as well. The car also shows the open/close status. No more worrying about leaving the garage door open. A quick check will confirm. One can click the open/close button from anywhere. Excellent! The camera on the unit is another really nice touch. It has a perfect wide-angle view to see the entire 2-car garage opening. There is no way to enter the garage without being seen on the camera. If you subscribe to MyQ, they save the video online to review later. They have 2 subscription plans. One saves the videos for 7 days and the other for 90. For now I just subscribed to 7-days. I don't think I will need to access videos older than that and I can download them if needed. Without a subscription, however, video can only be live-streamed, not saved. There is no way to save video without a subscription. The 7-day one is around $39/year. It is worth it to have video history. Our unit did not come with a door entry keypad. I don't know if it was supposed to or not. I tried to program our original Chamberlain G940EV-P2 keypad to work with the new unit, but I could not get it to sync with Security +2.0 (yellow button) that is on this door. My previous unit was the purple button. I tried reprogramming it, but it did not take. Since I have the MyQ app and subscribe to the service, I decided to replace the old keypad with the Smart Garage Video Keypad (https://amzn.to/44q2M60). I will write another review on it, but it is outstanding so far. The video quality is excellent, it integrates perfectly with MyQ, and it supports multiple entry codes that get saved into a history log. The only drawback to the keypad is that it will only control one garage door. We have a gated driveway. Our old remote would also transmit to the gate. Similar issue if you were to have 2 garage doors. You would need a Smart keypad on each door. One keypad cannot open a second garage door opener. It also only supports Security +2.0 garage doors. It will not work with older units. The B6753T was shipped with 2 garage door openers, but the ones sent only support Security +2.0. They cannot be synced with any other receiver type. Like I said above, we have two gates on our property that are remote operated. The Chamberland opener has 3 buttons, but the ones shipped cannot work with any other type of receiver. Fortunately, we had G953EV-P2 remotes. Those are programmable remotes. There is a program button on the back that allows the user to set the type of receiver being used. Button 1 can be used with the main door Security +2.0, button 3 can be used with the gate... I tossed the openers that came with the unit. They look identical to the G953EV-P2. FYI, the remotes that are sent are 953ESTD. They are Security +2.0 compatible only. 953EV/EVC (https://amzn.to/3Pfd3h1) remotes are programmable. There is a small button under the clip on the back that when pressed that allows one to change the opener type. - Press the program button, click the key you want to change 1 time for Security +2.0, then press another button to save. Pressing 2x = purple button, 3x=red/orange button, 4x=green button. 4x is legacy and was the option that worked with our gate control. Overall I highly recommend the B6753T. If I encounter any issues with it I will update this post.

Works as described. Excellent product with very nice features, like the ability to turn on lights when entering the garage and easy set-up. Again, great product and I recommended.

This garage door opener is amazing and operating it has been a joy. It is very quiet, you only hear the door folding and the motor lightly humming. No noisy motor or vibrations! With that said, this was my first time installing a garage door opener myself and the install was not as smooth as I had hoped. The BiLT app did help me understand the assembly of everything since it included 3D models that are interactive allowing you to view the instructions in 3D. The install took 8 hours (two people) as I had several challenges to contend with such as a low ceiling height. My conditions were 7 foot 5 inch finished ceiling with a 7 foot tall garage door. That does not leave a lot of clearance for the garage opener track (rail assembly) with the door in the open position! Rail Assembly: I had to come up with a way to install the rail assembly as tight to the ceiling as possible. I also had to find a sturdy bracket to mount the motor assembly as close to the ceiling as possible. This was done using the 'Garage Door Rear Track Hanger Kit' manufactured by Coplay (Found at Home Depot). It had several metal brackets at different lengths which helped me mount the motor flush to the ceiling. Even had hardware included in the kit! I used about 2-3mm of washers between the bracket and ceiling to help me get the correct offset. Please Note: Do consider when mounting close to the ceiling to NOT interfere with the rail trolley sliding over the rail assembly. It has to travel/slide freely across the rail. I left about 1/4” of space above the trolley and above the sprocket cover located on the motor assembly. Door Bracket: The bracket that gets mounted on the door was simple, we opted to mount it 4” from the top edge of the door. This allowed the door to fully open when the garage opener was in operation. Door Sensors: The door sensors were not easily installed over our garage door rails. They are supposed to snap onto the rails however my door was hitting them in that position. I opted to screw the door sensors to the wall. To do this I cut and mounted a few pieces of 2x4 to the outsides of my garage door track to allow the door sensors to have a clear line of sight to each other. Wiring: The wiring of the door sensors and garage door opener were simple. I ended up using my own staple gun to mount wiring to the wall/ceiling as the included staples were not a great option. The door sensors must be wired white/white and black/black. Camera/App: The app helped finish up the installation. Be sure to have a strong wifi signal in the garage for the camera and app services to function correctly. Conclusion: My wife and I are super excited with our new garage door opener, after all the challenges we faced with the install, we are happy that it was worth it! All we need to do next is buy an external keypad which is not a make it or break it feature.

Great garage door opener. My complaint not as quiet as I thought it would be and you need to pay for the app which should be mentionned as I had a very strict budget and I got my IQ garage door opener installed by professionals which I neede to pay.

This unit replaced 6 year old Ryobi Garage Door opener that stopped working. Installation: Pretty straightforward and same as my experience installing older Chamberlain and Ryobi Garage Door openers. Took me about 4 hours to install new Chamberlain B6753T. However, this was due to removing older garage door unit, its tracks and sensors, installing new Chamberlain B6753T Smart Garage Door opener, track, wiring to new sensors and new wall opener. I like this wall mounted opener has the motion sensor built-in as it activates the Garage Door opening LIGHT faster from my experience. I also had to custom install the bracket for new track since my older garage wood frame holes were stripped adding another 30 minutes to get the new track end mounted to my home frame, so I feel installation was no different from other garage door installation any may actually be significantly faster for you, especially if you don't have to remove everything I did. MyQ app: Works well to open, close garage door and view live video stream. Video quality is good even under low light conditions, you can set the camera to point anywhere in 360 degrees, and you can hear and converse back to anyone in garage. I haven't paid for monthly MyQ subscription to view recordings of past events up to 30 days. However, free MyQ subscription I continue to use provides 'Access' history showing dates and times when garage door was opened, closed and when camera recorded video. To preview past video recordings need to pay monthly prescription. Noise Level: Garage door noise level is very low! Even lower than my former Ryobi Garagedoor opener and that was low noise. However, I notice garage door opener TRACK started making some louder noise recently so I will continue to monitor that and update if appropriate. However, even with this new noise that started coming from the TRACK unit it's still definitely much quieter than standard garage door openers I observe at other people's homes. Quality of sensors: Motion detection from wall mounted switch, open and close functions from wall mounted switch, remote units in car and MyQ app all work great as they are extremely quick to track motion and button presses and turn on Garage Door Opener light, start opening/closing garage door and activate camera video. Garage Door LIGHT: Works well and 2,000 lumens - Very bright! Final Comments: Overall very happy with this purchase - price, design, features, functionality, quality = high value. If I can get rid of the humming noise starting about a month after installed that seems to be coming from the track, I would also rate it 5 stars for Noise level. I've uploaded a video opening the garage door with the added noise I mentioned. Hope this helps with your Garage Door purchase decision :-)
