nice SUP
good affordable entry into SUP ownership, did a test inflation in my apartment and the cat even liked it! On the water it felt just like a solid SUP, with the benefit of folding up after use, to store in the back of my jeep or small apartment storage area. love the colors and the bungee straps in the front for strapping on a small cooler. Pleased

My favorite paddle board, it’s so worth it!
I have both this orange portal paddle board as well as a blue weekender board by retrospec and this portal board is by far my favorite of the two. I was lucky enough to snag this during an end of summer sale last year, but honestly with the way it performs, the way it’s so easy to transport, setup, and use - I would say it’s worth it to splurge on even at full price. It’s very sturdy to stand on, it glides fast on the water, and it’s super cute to boot! The hand pump works great, at first I thought the psi gauge was broken, but I just hadn’t pumped it up enough. Pro tip: if using the hand pump you’ll know you’re nearing the required psi amount when you feel it resisting you when pushing down to inflate and that’s about when the gauge starts to read the psi. An electric pump is definitely quicker and much easier, but I almost prefer using the hand pump because I don’t mind the extra workout lol.

Love this thing!!!
Just do it! Pumping it up takes much less time than the reviews made me think it would. The PSI eventually registers past 7psi, but I haven’t gotten it past 11-12. It does great! I can stand with no issues, the paddle is perfect and I really have no complaints. It is incredibly light! I’m so happy with this purchase. I go out at least once a week now.

Beautiful, sturdy SUP board!
I’m obsessed with this board! I share some of the experience of others that the gauge on the pump isn’t working, but I ended up filling up by feel (ended up at 7psi after being zero for a very long time) and it was fine - very firm. It’s gorgeous, glides great, and the size is perfect for me. I also love that it’s a US company!

The pump isn't broken
Originally a one star as I thought the pump was broken, a youtube video helped me realize it was operator error, making 4 stars because even though I was dumb, I still received no support from the seller or Amazon for my concern. Paddleboard works well seems of decent quality for the low end prices.

So Super Fantastic
I got this board last year, It’s been Fabulous, We go out at least 1x a week, but since Summer is coming to an end now 2-3 times a week. It’s easy to carry, to inflate, I did buy an electric pump so much easier, no problem to deflate, middle fin comes right off, easy to clean and the design is just magnificent, Orange is my favorite color, if your looking for a board that is easy to transport, study, reliable & super cute this is your board

Used it twice and the big fin screw disappeared
Update they sent me paddle and good customer service. Just a design flaw board is otherwise beautiful and functional.Should had listened to reviews about the fin screw now I need to either get a new fin entirely or figure out what kind of screw it is.Got this for a special camping trip and now I cannot navigate the lake very well. Huge bummer.

Don't lose the screw!
This board is lovely but has a silly design fault. The screw which holds the fin in place isn't 'captured' in the fin, but loose. On only my second outing I unrolled the board next to my car and saw the screw had dropped free of the fin. I put it down 'somewhere safe' knowing I'd need it once the board was inflated... only to lose it! After searching for 15 minutes in the boot of the car, on the grass verge, EVERYWHERE I gave up, deflated my board (and my enthusiasm) and drove home.I searched online for these screws and found Amazon sells lots of 'paddle board fin screws' so bought a pack of 3 - WHICH DIDN'T FIT! Every 'paddle board fin screw' listed online is M5 thread, so you'd assume it was standard. Not this board. The thread is smaller and you can't slide the nut out to use an alternative M5 piece - it's fixed into the fin slot. The designers have really made this difficult! So I've just ordered M4 thumb screws and will wait another 2 days to see if they fit and I can get back out while this weather is so lovely. It's crazy that I've lost 5 days of paddle boarding fun because of one tiny part. So... enjoy the board - but don't lose that fin screw!
