Nice adapter for the money

Low-priced adapters such as this are made from aluminum instead of stainless steel. But they seem to work just as well. This adapter is precisely machined and nicely finished. It fits my Fuji T75G spray gun and works with the generic PPS-1 spray gun cups I have without issues. This adapter works as designed.

It's an adapter and it fits like it should, on both the thread and the cup attachment. No leaks, no teflon tape required. Some of the edges were a tad sharp, but two seconds with a file fixed that.

These adapters are necessary for using the disposable paint cup sets with most air-dependent spray guns. This is the most common size (M16-1.5), and fits most of the low and mid-range HVLP and LVLP guns.I have several of this type and size of adapter, and this is my favorite. It has better wrench access, a wider throat, a shorter profile, and no extra coloring. Some of the edges have some slight milling burrs, but not bad enough to affect fit or function -- and no worse than any of the others I've seen.Photos show this adapter next to another one (red). The gun thread size, and the paint cup lid fitting, are the same.

This Aeropro adapter fits great. It's a beautiful aluminum converter if it fits your application. The female version's collar takes a 3/4-inch wrench to snug it down. It worked great with my disposable HVLP paint sprayer cups and lids. Now I can handle the gun at any angle, including upside down.
