I liked the look of the bag. It was beautiful, but it didn't work for me as a teacher. I am, however, more than impressed with the customer service related to this item. They made sure I left this transaction as a satisfied customer, and I am. I plan to take another look at their bags to see if I can find one that will work better for me.

The room needed to fit the items is great and it looks great. The only issue I have is when the handle is extended and when pushing forward the entire thing ends up being wobbly and I feel like I am struggling to get it to go straight. This is not used everyday but only when vacationing to take mini computer and portable monitor. I would consider a return if it was used more on a daily basis. Luckily I’m not using it like that. Not being sturdy is the problem.

Great bag holds a lot easy to maneuver and sturdy

I bought this because I'm a teacher and backpacks have destroyed my back. I like this product however, the wheels act awkward and I'just got in August. I recommend this product but you will end up rolling it on two wheels instead of the 4 wheel method.
