Really good for cystic acne. Pop one of these on at the first signs and the next morning thr redness would have disappeared and it area doesn't feel as tender. It might take a few nights of using them to make it disappear. But we'll worth it!

Tried lots these are good quality & one of the best in my opinion. Stick no problem not too thick. A bit more expensive for less but if they work they are worth it.

Love these. I rarely get spots but when I do, they are the massive hormonal blind ones that take forever to go without intervention. I understand that these patches might not work for everyone, but they've really helped decrease the healing time for me. Don't be fooled by the cheaper versions that don't contain salicylic acid or that don't have any of the penetrating darts.

I’ve used the extra strength patches a few times and find they work best for deep painful pimples that have not reached the top of the surface yet. It takes a couple of days but seems to help hormonal acne. I recommend for deep pimples rather than whiteheads or bacterial acne. Only drawback is it’s super expensive for a few patches.

One of the best products and does exactly what you need it to. Very little pain when putting over painful pimple but does help.

It's unfortunate that these patches are so expensive because they work so well. I purchased other microdart patches and they do not work at all. The combination of the wipes and the patches are amazing. It's easy to use, the patches stay on overnight and my zits are pretty much dead by the morning. I have very sensitive skin with rosacea and these patches do not irritate my skin.

Was very hopeful for these as they claim to be able to ‘kill’ an emerging zit.. unfortunately the claims are not true. I used 2 patches—the recommended amount for ‘harder to kill zits.’ 1 overnight, and 1 for 5ish hours while working from home. The new blind pimple that I could feel starting to form beneath my skin is still emerging. I’m going to try using a third patch (so basically 3/4 of the box) but I don’t have high hopes anymore. Might just be good for regular zits, not blind ones. Definitely better ones out there though for a fraction of the price if that’s the case.

These are the only thing that helps my cystic acne! I will put one of these on at night and by the time I wake up in the morning, my pimple is practically gone! With most pimple patches, I get an irritation from the adhesive, but with these, I don’t get that at all. I love that it comes with a swab to clean the area before applying the actual micro dart patch. Also another plus is that they’re individual individually wrapped which makes things easier and more sanitary! I will re-purchase these forever

These are hands down the best skincare product for acne ever. If only these existed during my extreme acne years as a teen! I’m grateful they are here for my kids, and for when I still get a breakout. Other companies have tried to recreate these, but none are as good as Zit Sticka! Please never stop making these! Pimple size and duration of pimples drastically reduced. These are wonderful!

Keep using continuously until it disappears. It could be one, or as many as four, depending on how deep it is. It works.
