Very easy to use and cooks food well
Got my dad this as his first air fryer and he uses it for absolutely everything now, he’s truly converted! For a Philips air fryer it seems to be roughly the same size across the models (I’ve got the original one from years back), however this one is so much quieter than the earlier models are - you can hear mine all the way through the house in comparison. The digital dial is very easy to use, press the start button then set your time and temp and press start.Philips have kept the good quality in terms of cooking ability and this one also has an easy access metal tray in the base that pulls out for cleaning. It can be lined with greaseproof paper so cleanup is even easier to sort. The drawer pulls out easy with the large but sturdy handle on the front and it’s a good enough size to feed upto 2 at a time I’d say - so easily enough for my dad.Price point and branding is what made me choose this one and it lived upto the expectations I had for it nicely

Excellent fryer and not bulky looking. Would definitely recommend it has a setting for everything so suitable for all cooking types. Highly recommend

Great air fryer
After resisting buying one for sometime we finally went for it. Having seen Hannah Fry reviewing the Philips air fryer on TV and their technology for air flow we were convinced and haven't regretted it. It is easy to use, it cooks evenly and a little faster than in an oven. Of course they are limited by size of the chamber and vegetables we still usually cooke on the hob. Baked Spuds are really good if you oil and salt them.Cleaning is essential to prevent build up of grease and debris. We clean ours every time after use it is so easy to clean.Would recommend

Wait until on offer...
Bought this 6.2l in June it's now September and it's still a great Airfryer. Paid £51 pounds for it as it was on offer. Worth £100? I'd wait if I were you. Lots of space. Could get a whole chicken in there, but haven't tried that yet. The light does go off when cooking after a certain time which is fine with me as you can always turn it on again should you need to, but might irk some people. Relatively easy to clean but I've knocked a star off as you can't just throw it in a sink full of soapy water or dishwasher as water may collect in the viewing window and be problematic to remove. Other than that I'd say its very good. Much prefer this kind of Airfryer compared to the ones with the rotating paddles in the center. Much more room. Two slices of bread fit comfortably inside for lazy cheese on toast. No instruction book but the Phillips app has lots of recipes and a downloadable manual.

Really impressed with the quality and functionality. It's easy to use and the results are excellent. I bought at a reduced price so excellent value for money. I can recommend.

Love it !
This Philips Air Fryer is amazing! It cooks food quickly, evenly, and with so much less oil than traditional frying. Everything I’ve tried so far — fries, chicken, veggies, even reheating leftovers — comes out crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It’s also super easy to use, with simple controls and a basket that’s easy to clean. I really appreciate how compact it is while still fitting enough food for my family. It feels very well built and worth the price. If you want healthier meals without sacrificing taste, I highly recommend this air fryer. It’s one of those appliances you’ll actually use all the time!

Quality Air Fryer
Ideal footprint for kitchen surface and good a capacity (I haven’t tried a whole chicken yet but guess a medium size should fit) . The air fryer cooks really well and can vouch that two portions of chips are crispy. Bonus having a clear window and light to watch cooking in progress. The tray is easy to use and clean, also dishwasher safe. It’s a lot quieter than my last air fryer (which was a different brand)

Poor documentation, decent product.
It was on offer so I thought I'd see what the hype about air fryers was all about.First impression is that it's a good quality product and the first results are good. However, the very minimal multi-language "instruction" sheet is inadequate which lacks even basic guidance of the control panel pre-select functions.Your forced to download a manual which has no recipes and are then expected to use an app for recipes which cannot be saved or printed.Using a recipe whilst have to scroll through a mobile phone screen is ridiculous,
