Good
There’s no dramatic effect to it, but I like that it has no strong smell to it. It feels light and refreshing, which makes it perfect for daily use. My hair feels soft and clean after using it, without any heaviness or residue. I think it is great for a subtle everyday touch-up.

STRONG fragrance at first
I have curly hair that is color-treated and can become pretty frizzy if I'm not careful. I like products that address frizz, as they typically work by locking down the hair cuticle and have a side benefit of prolonging hair dye vibrancy. That's important when you're working with atypical hair colors that fade more quickly than the standard blonde/brunette/black colors. This product has a fairly thick consistency that reminds me of lotion, but it easily spreads in wet hair. I was struck by just how fragrant it was - I'm sensitive to scents, and it was too much to me. It doesn't seem like they've added fragrance specifically; this just comes from the different herbs/oils they use. The scent calms down fairly quickly and is nowhere near as powerful as it is straight from the bottle. If my hair is noticeably smoother after a few uses, it'll be worth the fragrance. It isn't perfume-y, just extremely botanical. It's not the kind of scent that would trigger headaches for me or anything. One thing I disliked: neither the bottle nor the box it came in mentioned how to use it. All the bottle notes is that it's for treating damage with a list of ingredients. It does not note it's a conditioner, how long to leave it in, if it goes in wet or dry hair, or even if it's a leave-in product that you shouldn't rinse. If you picked this up for someone, you'd need to verbally tell them how to use it or point them at the Amazon product page for details. The company may also want to consider renaming/relabeling this product for English-speaking purchasers. "NARD" has an urban dictionary meaning that they may not want tied to their product. I get that it's probably a reference to the Himalayan spikenard (on the product label as Nardostachys jatamansi rhizome/root extract), but it might sell better if they just put Bouquet Garni there.

Smells good and improves hair texture
I find this smells good and improves hair texture and frizz for days. I honestly had low expectations upon buying it but it has exceeded my expectations. The Pantene, Chi and some other popular brands disappointed by comparison. The product has a good blend of oils, etc in it.

Regret purchase
I personally didn't like this product, it left a film like feeling in my hair and looked even more frizzy and dry. It was hard to brush through my hair with.
