I highly recommend!
These work well for my B12 deficiency. I started using these on accident because I was taking an unmethylated version initially some time ago. However, when I got this version, I noticed they worked better than the tablets and kept getting them. It was not until later I learned the methylated version helps the body absorb the vitamin. So that confirmed why I felt a difference.
