I chose this inexpensive cat water fountain because of uncertainty that they would like or even use it. Turns out they love it! I have two adult cats and this is now their go to water source. Their old water bowl remains in place so they have a choice and they are only drinking from this fountain. It keeps the water clean longer as fur and food bits get filtered out. My older cat likes to watch the water flow and sometimes puts a paw into the running water. It seems they are drinking water more frequently. Easy to clean too.

Assembled in 30 seconds, easily a week's water capacity for my cat, love the LED indicator which glows red when water needs refilled and blue when it's full. It's a bit noisy, as water pours loudly into the basin, so you will hear it in the room with you. It is sleek, and looks more expensive than it is. My cat, of course, also loves it. I'd purchase again.

Perfect, if the cat would use it

It’s a cheap water fountain but serves its purpose. It works . The water needs changing ALOT cause it’s not filtered as much as I like for my cats and the spout where the water pours out is plastic with a fake metal looking coating that will chip off over time used .I’m giving it 4 stars because I didn’t expect it to be high end and just the best thing ever but for the price I paid when I bought I can’t complain my fussy 23 lb Norwegian forest cat onyx has a hard time drinking from many water sources but drinks from this regularly as well as my petite calico girl .I’ve been using it for quite a long time now 6 months to a year I believe and I did have to put in a different pump because the one that came with it seemed to have crapped out for whatever reason . But it’s still working . If I want something super filtered super fancy I’ll spend the money this was to just get me by in hard times and it works . Can’t complain .😊🐈‍⬛🐈

My cat, Star, absolutely adores this fountain. I had been concerned that she wasn't drinking enough water, but once I filled the bowl and plugged it in, she was completely captivated. In fact, she's become so fond of it that she refuses to drink from a regular bowl anymore; it’s only this fountain for her. I believe her preference is due to the gentle flow of water, which makes it more appealing and encourages her to stay hydrated. The soothing sound of trickling water seems to draw her in, and it’s delightful to watch her playfully lap at the stream.

So yea read reviews and new what I was getting. Lid doesn't sit on correctly, though I think it has a lot to do with the suction cups on pump. Nevertheless wasn't a big deal to me but can make for a mess. I even rinsed the filters and ran the pump before I gave to the kitties. I can only assume that something in the pump gives off a smell my cats don't like. Non of them like. They drink the water out of the dish with pump removed but wont drink with pump. They all love drinking from faucet so I'll just continue letting them. Big let down. I needed something budget friendly and I can usually work with a lot of things but I gotta say this is a big no go. Won't buy again!

The media could not be loaded. Only had for 2 days. Purchased the water fountain for my cat on the recommendation of the veterinarian to have her drink more. She’s an older cat and is still trying to warm up to it.I’ve experienced same issue as others with the lid not closing properly after assembly. However, it still worked. Positives: very easy to assemble, night light, machine noise is low & good price. Since I wasn’t sure how my cat would respond to it I didn’t want to spend a lot of money.
