I found out out 800g a day can damage your liver and taking 2 of these is 500g so be careful. Besides that, it genuinely supresses your appetite its crazy ive never experienced something ive taken doing that and found it cool

I read too much green tea can harm the liver. Seems to give small amount of energy.

I read the reviews carefully and chose to try them. I noticed right off the bat that they do curb your appetite, and I needed that because at work, I will munch unnecessarily. I only take one in the morning, as I find I don't need two. BUT, I found that they make me sleepy. lolol I noticed after taking them I would feel relaxed and get drowsy or yawn a lot. I am going to finish them, but I have found that they tend me make me a lil tired and as I always tell my girls, ONLY ME... lol crazy things only happen to me.
