I was so pleased to find, purchase, and use this sourdough spatula. I had been struggling with mixing my starter thoroughly, but this solved the problem. The spatula is very sturdy and fits to the bottom of my Welk jar. The spatula is strong, and I am able to stir the starter if it is on the thicker side. It washes nicely. I am very pleased with this product.

It does a good job of scrapping the sourdough starter. Also works well for mixing the ingredients when feeding. Easy to clean as well.

I bought this for my sourdough journey & it is to awesome...plus it just cute 😉. Easy to scrape down inside that sourdough starter jar and also great to mix a batch of dough.

I’ve used this a few times to simply stir sourdough starter. I immediately rinse and dry it after use and noticed the distal end is already feeling rough as if the wood is splinting. Not sure how long it will last. It’s easy to work with, looks expensive, and a great size to use with wide mouthed large ball jars.

Use it daily! New fav kitchen utensil!

Great sourdough starter mixing tool expecially in my taller jars.. My hand doesn't get tired using it anda it's easy to clean. It looks like a nice piece of wood art (to me). I so happy to have it in my sourdough baking kit.

Great item! Eggs and sauces are a breeze with this.
