When you purchase a reusable bottle you expect it to be reusable. In this case the bottle was so dented it didn't even stand correctly. Foe the amount paid and no return this is complete crap!

Loved the concept of this product. Plastic is a major problem for the environment and animals that call the ocean their home. The bottle is easy to refill and can even fit ice. What I love about the bottle is that is doesn’t leave condensation on the outside, which is perfect for travel.
