It's so stunning, I've used it for half a year since this summer, I use it to lead my workout and schedule my meals. It may not be accurate, but it can show me the trend of physical indicators, which guides me to change my focus.

Works as a body weight scale, that’s about it. I’ve tried multiple different ways to try and get correct body composition measurements but it’s very inaccurate. Body fat % is extremely low both in normal and athlete mode. I get BIA isn’t the most accurate but for this scale to say I’m single digits in body fat is about 10% too low. I’ve reached out to their support and haven’t received any response. Unless something changes I will be returning

The scale is not consistent on weight. It's accurate, but lacks precision. Based on my observation, I'd say is good to plus or minus half a pound (that's a full one pound range of inaccuracy!). Not bad, but not nearly as good as other products at this price. I can weight myself several times in a row and get different results each time, but all close to each other. The body fat measurement is not accurate. It is consistently wrong on the heavy side for everyone who's tried it. The screen is nice, really nice, but it shuts off before you have a chance to read what it says. At least it sends the data to the app. The best part does connect to a smart device, to their app, which can then connect to the major data empires, but it's not as hand off as I'd like. I want to weight myself and have it automatically logged, but that's not this.

The Good: Nice weight/body fat scale with App. This assist in keeping track of progress and is easy to use. Display is easy to read while standing on the scale. Once paired, the weight and body fat % is sent to the App for charting. The Bad: It's not as accurate as a full submersion body fat measurement, but it does provide a good reference for progress tracking. Make sure to check all the settings on the App for what you want to 'share'. Overall: This takes up very little space and we keep it in our office. Usually after the holidays we have a weight loss challenge and this works much better than a conventional scale as it takes muscle mass into consideration.

For the price it's the best for performance and consistent readings So much info on the app.

So far I really like this scale. It gives me so many readouts and percentages to take into consideration. Obviously most people want to know their BMI which this will tell you, but it also tells you things like bone mass, muscle to weight ratios, and water retention. As far as accuracy goes its hard to say and from my understanding there is no absolutely accurate device out there. This seems to be in the right ballpark and that's fine for me. The quality of this is really good, it definitely feels premium. My favorite thing about this other than the data is that it charges via USB-C so there is no need to replace batteries. The app is super easy to setup and easy to navigate as well. If you take your fitness seriously I think this is a great addition to your gear and diet plan.

This tells you way more than your average scale. It can tell BMI, and bone mass too. So much info to keep in mind when you decide to go on to a weight loss or just better you journey! Lots of important stuff to keep in mind, and to keep track of. It's a very cool scale. I'm super happy to have it, and know much more than just the number of pounds I am!
