I was pleasantly surprised by the results. The unique blend of prebiotics and probiotics found in organic Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat Bran, as well as the inclusion of polyphenols, really made a difference in my overall gut health and immune system balance. The fact that the capsules are easy to take was also a big plus. Considering the quality of the ingredients, this supplement is an excellent value for the price. Terrible! The capsules are moldy! This is a subscription bottle. I'll never buy again!

I decided to try this after trying and loving (and continuing to order) their Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat sprout powder . The reason why I bought this is because I like the other enough that I dont want to skip taking it if I dont feel like adding it to something. Being able to pop a pill makes it a convenient option. It isnt the exact thing, but it does have the Tartary buckwheat sprout powder in it, as well as Quercetin and Luteolin, beta glucans, and probiotic, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus. It is a well rounded supplement for gut health. And good gut health is the foundation for a healthy life. Not just a life without illness. Not the same thing. I want to be healthy. It doesnt have as much of anything as I would prefer. I am definitely getting more of the tartary powder by using the powder, and most of the other supplements in this is offered in greater quantity when purchased in other blends or singly. I already take/consume foods and supplements with beta glucans, as well as quercetin containing foods. The rest, not so much. Even so, I dont want to rely entirely on food. I decided that for the most part I am taking this daily, as well as the powder when I remember. Between the two products, I have noticed a decrease in inflammation and more robust trips to the bathroom. Not sure which one is the more effective. Thinking the other, but not sure. Usually when I am upgrading my supplements or taking something new, I tend to also have incorporated other small changes and habits. So it could be this or part of the overall added health changes I have made. One thing can help the other, so I am all in on this brand. I have ordered more already, as well as the powder. I'm just a month and a half in, so if I experience anything else worth sharing (really definitely works, doesnt work, etc) I will be back to update. But I am pleased so far. I definitely love the powder (5 stars), but am going with 4 stars with this. Think it is too early to really tell.

Everything arrived in great shape, and I have been taking these for a couple weeks now. In terms of seeing effects, I generally need to have more time, but with these I believe I feel a better gut health. It's a body-connection thing for me, and not really scientific (purely my own feelings) in this area. For the price, you are dishing out a bit more, but the one thing I have seen is that you get what you pay for in this area. And most others for that matter.

I take various probiotics and prebiotics to keep my gut healthy. I've never seen this array of beneficial nutrients before in one capsule, and because I'm gluten-intolerant, I was particularly interested in the tartary buckwheat. In addition to the buckwheat, this product also contains beneficial nutrients like quercitin and luteolin (look them up!) and a complex of beta glucans derived from beneficial fungi. And finally, it includes lactobacillus rhamnosus, known to be a beneficial probiotic. I take this supplement in addition to my daily probiotic, and I have felt just fine. Over time, I hope to see subtle and incremental benefits, because I assume I'm getting some nutrients that I was lacking before.

This highly effective, easy to swallow supp is an EXCELLENT value due to its purity, potency, and its rejuvenating pre- and pro-biotics! Best of all, there's zero aftertaste! Very highly recommended!
