So taking pills is not for this girl, I’ve tried a few powder mixes similar to this and they either tasted icky or were so gritty this tastes really good!It’s super easy to use just a scoop in some water and you’re good to go.It dissolves quickly and it’s not gritty through the drink. I just wish the product was bigger size (though it is much larger than I thought) at only 16 services per tub it’s enough for one scoop for about two weeks. I’d rather just get a 30 day supply.This is day one so I can’t say the effectiveness on it as of yet. I’ll update in two weeks to see if I’m going to buy another tub, I feel like you need a good three months for a product to really work and show results.But so far so good I do have good vibes about it though and also I love this packaging it is super pretty whenever I opened the package that pink just hits you!

I bought it mostly to help with digestion and regularity and it’s honestly been amazing.First off, the strawberry flavor is actually good. It’s not fake or overly sweet. I just mix it with water in the morning and it goes down super easy. No weird texture or clumping either.What I noticed the most is that it doesn’t make me feel bloated or crampy, which has been a problem with other fiber powders I’ve tried. I felt more regular within just a couple of days and everything’s been smoother if you know what I mean.It also has collagen and probiotics, which is a nice bonus. I didn’t buy it for skin or anything but I’ve noticed my skin has been a little clearer lately and I’ve had more energy. Could be a coincidence but I’ll take it.Overall I’d definitely recommend this. Has a very pleasant taste to it mixes well as long as the liquid you are using isn't cold. My energy level seems to be improving some, but I haven't been taking it but for only a few weeks and I know it takes supplements longer than that to get the full effect. The price is just right for the product. Texture is a little grainy but if you continue to mix it thoroughly it will mix together all the way. Seems like it is a quality product. The jar is small enough to use for a month, but I would like to see a bigger jar so that you don't have to buy it as often. I like the ingredients it has in it. I like the fact that it doesn't have a lot of sugar in it. I like the fact that it is doctor formulated, and third party tested. It also has no artificial extracts in it making it healthier for you. I would suggest this product to family and friends if you are looking for something with fiber and collagen in it. There really wasn't anything I didn't like about the product just wish it had a little bit more size to it so you you didn't have to buy it as often and you could have a bigger supply.

I have found that taking pills are not for me, so gave this a shot and have devised a great way to get many benefits from many supplements at my age (58) I take 6-7 oz pulp free orange juice, I put this in the orange juice, all my liquid supplements and powders into the orange juice and blend it well. Blends great in orange juice and give the oj and fun flavor. It has been working for me and I truly enjoy this product and was able to stop all others as this has pre/pro etc. I am for sure going to keep this into my mix. I just am so hopeful they don't discontinue the flavor I like, so many companies have done that opting for "sour" flavors. It dissolved well in my oj, the price is on point, you do get value from the size it is not a lot of air. Not an overpowerful flavor. I noticed a slight increase in energy but I also take a pre work out drink.
