A bargain Honda DST-i alternative
Works with Honda i-HDS and HDS software as of Nov 2025 (Win10) . Works well using the basic functions, I have not tried programming keys yet and I wouldn't recommend using it to update control modules. A bargain DST-i alternative. Also supports Win11. UPDATE: Cannot program keys, interface is not supported. PC would not recognize the Honda DST-i interface afterwards, UPDATE #2 After using the GO-DIAG for a couple weeks it does come with it's quirks, it will routinely lose communication when trying to clear DTC's after an All DTC scan, the fix is to hit the back button and clear codes using the individual component menu instead. I've also had the message CLEAR FAILED for ABS CAN communication codes which required using the DST-i. For the price I still recommend this unit to do the basic stuff like reading and clearing codes, data list, radar and camera aiming, brake maintenance mode, etc. I've only owned this a couple weeks and it saved me time and the headache of looking for an available pass-thru device.

Don't use it with SPS2
The cable worked well as I understood. But if you want to use it with SPS2 online from GM your account will be banned with no explanation. I spent several hours calling them to find out why my subscription wasn't working and finally they told me my account was banned because of this cable. They allow using aftermarket cables but for some reasons don't like this exact model. Be careful.

Useful
Works with my 13 Lexus CT200H in Techstream and 13 VW Passat TDI in Odis E. Did not try programming anything, not sure I would trust it for that, but for diagnosing using OEM software its fine.

Not fully J2534 compliant
Unfortunately this does not have full J2534 compliance as advertised. It also corrupted the driver of OTHER J2534 hardware, including the Tactrix Openport. It behaves like a cheap clone. I returned it before I bricked an ECU.

Works just fine with HDS
It works ! Fully updated HDS it connects just fine. Don’t forget to download the driver. It also comes with its own software. I did not test it.

Good elm 327 hookup
It’s not the best j2534 option but it does work well with elm 327 protocol and works good on forscan and toad diagnostic software
