I’m so glad we bought this! It works beautifully! There were zero fumes in the air sitting right next to the running laser engraver. Absolutely clean air. It’s surprisingly quiet. I attached a video so you can hear it. Soft grey noise - that’s it. It was really easy to set up. That’s one of my favorite things about Laser Pecker. They make everything wonderfully intuitive. If you own other brands, you know LP really stands out for ease of use. No learning curve at all getting the air purifier running. It’s really well built. It fits the engraver hood perfectly. Also, it has a sensor that lets you know if the filter is installed correctly, and another that tells you if it needs to be replaced. Recommend!

the air purifier does not work well unless it is vented outside! To us, that is the purpose of getting an air purifier. returning this.

I am most certainly not happy with my purchase experience with the LaserPecker company/brand. On December 21, 2025, I purchased the LaserPecker Dual-Laser Engraver with Rotary & Slide Extensions, 8K 240,000mm/min for 360° Tumblers/160x300mm Batch Jobs, Auto-Switch IR/Diode for Jewelry & Industrial Mass Production, Deluxe Set. The Laser Pecker engraver came, however, the LaserPecker Air Purifier & Fume Extractor for Laser Engraving, 99.97% Filtration, 55dB Quiet, 4-Layer HEPA Filter, Portable Smoke Cleaner for LP2/LP3/LP4/LP5 Machines & Cubic Protective Cover, did not arrive. My daughter was so disappointed. The Laser Pecker team did not even contact us to try and remedy the situation. I would not have purchased this package for my daughter had I known a substantial a substantial part of the package deal would not be shipped to us. We felt so misled with this transaction during our Christmas holiday season. No pleased with Laser Pecker at all. We would not order from this company again if this is how they treat customers.

Overall a very nice package. I'd give it full marks, but for one critical flaw: It's too powerful even on the lowest setting. With the factory hood over the projects, the fan tends to pick up plywood and toss it around even on the lowest settings. You can't always clamp everything down then you're doing thru-cuts, and when pieces start flying around inside the hood it screws up everything. As an air filter, it's great. But it's supposed to be an air filter for a laser cutter, and it fails at that.
