I didn't know you could take magnesium topically to help magnesium deficiency. At least I think it does for me because it helps with my symptoms. The only problem is I do not like the texture, but I don't think that's the brands fault. I assume all magnesium oils will have a weird feeling residue. But if you don't mind it then the benefits are worth it. I get anxiety from taking the pills, but not with this. It's also better if magnesium messes with your gut. I feel more relaxed and it helps with my chest pains. You also get a lot with this bottle. A little goes a long way so it'll last a while even if you use it daily, so I think it's worth the price for sure.

I am a bias reviewer for this product because I hve very bad problems sleeping, so I have not really dare to try it without my sleeping pills. That’s why I put 4Stars. I can say that even thought feels like their is no smell, when I use it I feel a very soft smell that gives me a sense of tranquility. I like how it feels in my skin, and I do sleep maybe a little deeper when I use it. It is not greasy, I drop a little on the bed and the bed sheets did not absorbed so it is awesome, it came well packed and the pump works very good.

My first time using magnesium of any forms and I like it because it helps me with my aches and pains. I can’t spray on the body where it aches, but I spray a little amount of oil on my balm and applying to the areas and massages it. I bought two more bottles for my husband and my sister. I would recommend it.

For years I haven’t been able to sleep at night because my ankles, feet and toes have felt like burning wood. All while numb at the same time. It never makes sense when you try and explain it, but it’s awful. I have only been using this a week, but all the burning, the woody feeling, and the numbness is completely gone! And no one put this on for me . I’m disabled. Had to do it myself by spraying a very generous amount onto one foot and rubbing it in with the other foot. I got it between my toes, tops and bottoms of both feet, ankles, and calves. I know what works for me might not work for you. I know the heartbreak of trying one thing after another, but this isn’t that expensive. I’m serious. This took every bit of my pain away, and it’s been years of trying other things.

I apply nightly on my legs and specially the sole. I'm in my second bottle. I hardly have leg or feet pain at night, since I started using it.
