Wonderful instant soup that hydrates and is ready to eat after adding boiling hot water and waiting only about two minutes. Very good gluten free option. The noodles have a wonderful texture.They are not too soggy, they are perfect. These noodles would even be good with spaghetti sauce on them.They're that good. Each soup mix comes with a packet of chicken seasoning flavoring, that is very tasty.Although the noodles are so good, i've made them without the soup Mix package and added different sauces. A great item to have in a backpack or a go to when on the road, traveling or just need something very savory and delicious, Low calorie and quick to fix at home. Would purchase these again!

These Pho Noodles are so good they seem addictive. Quick and easy to make, not too spicy… I add 2-3 oz of slices of Johnsonville Brats. Sometimes I add vegetables, Hoisin sauce or Tabasco Sweet Chili sauce.

Yes it’s not like getting restaurant pho, but it’s still an amazing alternative when you’re home and want a quick microwave treat. It really is the best microwave noodle dish I’ve ever had, the rice noodles are satisfyingly chewy and this fragrant and refreshing broth has me drinking right from the bowl until it’s dry. Sometimes this is hard to find, I hope I can always buy it.

Very tasty for a quick meal. Somewhat spicy if you add all the hit oil packet.

Very delicious but please be aware that the nutrition label is incorrect. Specifically the sodium content I was concerned about. I gave it 3 stars because of this. If not I would have given 5 stars. This is very misleading and concerning people who rely on nutrition labels for their health needs. I would not have purchased this had i know the higher sodium content and returning the product is too much of a hassle. I wish I could get my money back due to this error on their end for advertising.

My family loves this! The flavor is the bomb, the texture is perfect, and you can omit the spice pack (separate from the seasoning) if you can't handle the spice. This is a staple easy food at my house.

Tastes flat. Have yo add ingredients to enhance taste. Should have dehydrated mushrooms in a packet, too. The taste is flat. Blah.
