100% Worth The Money
This product ended up impressing me a lot more than I thought it would. The packaging that it came in made it feel like a more premium product, even though this is not that expensive compared to other screens on the market. I wasn't familiar with this brand, never bought from them before, but I was not disappointed. I bought this in a bundle with the backup camera for a 2013 F30 335i. Everything was plug-and-play, and I had no issues at all once it was installed. I recommend watching the installation videos on YouTube. Just search for this product, and it will come up. The screen boots up fast and is fully compatible with the original OEM system so you don't lose any functionality. You can even customize the startup screen if you want, so that it says BMW or anything else you can think of. One of the things that shocked me the most about this new unit is that it greatly improved the sound quality. I mean, the old system was from 2013, so it makes sense, but I didn't think it would make this big of a difference. It sounds amazing. If your car has Bluetooth originally, then I recommend forcing it to use that Bluetooth channel because then you won't need to run the AUX cable that comes with it. I installed it anyway in case I ever sell the car someday, but just know that you do not need to run an AUX cable if your car already came with Bluetooth; you just change the settings to use that instead. Great connectivity and zero fitment issues. It really does not get any better than this. If you are not mechanically or technically inclined, just have someone install it for you and don't blame the product, but I had no problems with it, and all I did was watch a video on how to install it. It's very good value for the money. If you are on the fence, I can't recommend it enough, honestly. There is another screen out there that is way too big and looks cartoonish. This one is just right, and it's centered on the dash like it should be.

Excellent Product -- Easy to Install, Looks Great and Integrates Perfectly with Car's Controls
Excellent product -- easy to install, looks great and integrates perfectly with my BMW 320i F30 controls ( main console dial and all steering-wheel buttons work perfectly with the product ). There is an important missing step from the instructions but that didn't impact me because I'd previously watched a video on Youtube on how to install the product ( the instructions skip the part about attaching the two fiber cables, super easy to do )

Excellent upgrade
The media could not be loaded. I have upgraded my dash screen. Super easy to install thanks to tutorial video. It takes less than 5 seconds to connect to CarPlay after starting the car. The backup camera resolution is very clear. The system is super responsive and touchscreen too. One more thing about it: I have Bluetooth, but just in case, I connected it with an AUX cable for better sound quality. It was totally a nice upgrade.P.S.: I experienced an issue with the time resetting after each start, but I found the problem. it was because I connected the fiber optic cables upside down. Once I connected them correctly, the issue was fixed. Also for backup camera, it works perfect after setting up correct camera resolution.

Great product! Different experience for me though.
2014 BMW 328i is what I installed into. So... only reason I gave it 4 stars is because I had no idea that my head unit was so much different than what the installation video had and with all of the aftermarket wiring it did not fit behind my head unit. I had to take off my glove box to fit my hand behind there and physically fit it into place. Besides that, this thing is awesome. No issues at all and pretty quick responses. Connects within 5 seconds of me entering the vehicle too.*the pictures are representative of how much wiring there is and how it did not fit behind the head unit. Unfortunate for me, maybe I have the full navigation display or something and mine is bigger or something? Idk, don't really care - got it replaced!

Great CarPlay Unit
This is a great quality CarPlay head unit. I was very hesitant to upgrade my f30 screen but I saw positive reviews on this item, and wanted the large 12.3 inch screen, so I went for it. I am very happy with my purchase. Installation was easy, even with my Harmon Kardon system, the device is sturdy, and audio works without even using AUX. I would recommend this unit as a quality replacement for BMW owners.

The OEM screen and rear backup camera didn't work
The wireless android auto worked well, as did the audio and phone calls via Bluetooth, but the oem screen (important car settings and information like tire pressure, engine warnings, etc.) and the car's original rear backup camera did not work. A complete waste of time getting it installed and spending over an hour with the settings, and then having to reverse everything. Unfinished product and useless support videos that did not address the issues I experienced.

Great company
This item is excellent. For the price you can't beat it. It comes with the tool to pop off the molding in the car. Total there are 8 torque screws; I literally had this installed in 5 minutes and the dash put back together. I did have alot of back and forth with the company as the android auto wouldn't pop up. They replied back non stop late at night with help. The issue I ran into was my wifi. Even though it is connected to the OEM and Pemp Bluetooth it also connects to the Pemp wifi. My phone was already connected to the house wifi and it wasn't popping up automatically. I turned the car on while in a parking lot, and the wifi connected and everything started up the way it is supposed to. Since then everything automatically connects when car starts. Phone calls are good as well. Highly recommend this unit.
