I have very small hands and these were a perfect size for me! They're comfy and easy to get on and off by myself, really helping at the gym for lifting. They're great quality at a more reasonable price.

Very comfortable if you do pull-ups with weight, regular gloves slip off all the time...(

These wrist cuff lifting straps are a solid option if you’re not a fan of full gloves. They’re well made, comfortable, and I love the color choices that match my gym gear. They work great for exercises like free weights, seated cable rows, and lat pulldowns. That said, for heavy lifts in the squat rack, I’d recommend sticking with traditional straps. These can slip a bit under heavier loads. Still, I really like them and plan to keep them as backups for lighter days!

These make lifting free weights so much more comfortable. I keep them in my gym bag. A must for the gym girlies...and the color is cute too!

I feel bad giving these only 3 stars because I bought them for a purpose different from their intended use. I bought them hoping they would help me grasp my walking poles without hand pain but they did not work for that purpose. So the search continues. They seem to be well made and are of a good size for adult hands.

I was using straps before I got these Cofit grips. You need to wrap the leather the right way around what you need to grip but once you do they work way better than straps. They are easier to put on than straps and not too expensive. I have wide hands and wrists for a woman but got the small size and they were perfect for me.
