This thing is great! We don’t use it in the traditional manner. We have a wood stove in our basement and registers cut in the floor upstairs to let the heat up. We got one to put in the register right above the stove and it works great. As it warms up downstairs it turns on and just pumps that heat up. So far it’s proven to be very durable and it’s not very loud at all. No different than a fan

The device is of good quality and works as expected according to the user manual (strongly suggest everyone to get familiar before using). The primary purpose was to improve air flow into a room during both heating and cooling seasons. Unfortunately, I cannot detect any perceptible or statistical effect of using the device: the room temperature was continuously recorded from a digital thermometer but it did not show any difference compared to not using the device.

Bought this to boost airflow in bedroom. It’s farthest room from air handler. It works good. It comes on and off based on temperatures you set. Kinda wish it would just come on when air flow is sensed.
