Too wide and not tall enough
It’s too wide and not tall enough to fit standard pre-packaged pie dough. Might be ok if you’re making a pie but not a quiche!

Straoazierfähig, gut zu Reinigen
Viele dieser Backformen sind schwer zu reinigen Beschichtete sind zwar besser aber sehen schnell gebraucht (unappetitlich) aus. Ich benutze ihn für alles: Fleisch, Gemüse usw. und fast täglich. Das geht sehr gut. Leicht zu reinigen und sieht aus wie neu.
