This is a 60-piece set of double-headed nails for hanging small frames. They are perfect for hanging small wall art, such as something you would hang in a bathroom or going up a staircase. Basically, they are strong enough that two of them will safely support a frame that is around 8.5"x11" or smaller. They are not strong enough to hold a larger frame like 28x40, 30x40, or the like. They just leave a regular nail hole in the wall, which is perfect if you do not want to damage your walls or have to patch large holes. Ultimately, they are a good value and work well as long as you don't overload them.

Fabulous to use. All the smaller photos/decor you see on the walls in this picture are hung from these. They are also great for older houses with lath and plaster walls which are notoriously hard to mount things on. My sunroom is painted wood panel so these hammer in with ease. These are not meant for heavy items.

These are great for pushing into drywall to hang a picture or something of that nature but I've found that if you try to pull them back out the head almost always separates from the pin. Its easy enough to fix with a drop of superglue but its a bit annoying.

Great and easy way to hang pictures

I sadly never had a chance to use these. I'm sending them to the woman I sent the tapestry to. I'd found a gorgeous one with shelves of books & a galaxy beyond with stunning colors and fabric. But there were no hanging holes as it wasn't expensive but these tacks are sharp, the black wouldn't have been noticeable and the spikes are extra long so had I been able to hang it just along my bed as I'd hoped, I needn't worry about a cheesy regular push pin falling out and into an eye during the night. Well worth the few extra bucks!

For decades, I have relied upon nails, and traditional picture hangers, and then had to deal with the holes they all left in the walls. I wish I had these all that time. Thanks to the small plate that butts up against the wall, the weight is distributed so that, as small as they are, they hold a surprising amount of weight, and the holes they leave behind are minimal.

These things are pretty neat and some of them are solid but some of them break like what you see in the picture and given that they're supposed to replace a nail, that is not cool at all. So it can break off with your picture on it and break your stuff. No!!
