Drops quality of video.
It's okay... The quality of the video is comparable to my Sony HD camcorder from the early 2000's..The suns glare effect is only cool after a while, then it gets tiring find the correct angle.

Another great Neewer product for my GoPro Hero 12. I'm a wide angle fanatic and this anamorphic attachment for the GoPro opens up a lot of new possibilities. Fits great -- cool effect
I did not even realize until I got this that the stock lens on my GoPro 12 could be replaced. In fact, it's quite easy -- just turn it a bit and it comes off.This piece replaces it (and you can switch back and forth in seconds). The widescreen effect is nice and gives plenty of extra area for cropping in your editing tool.I'm glad I got this and carry it all the time whenever I use my GoPro.
