Roofrack is a great fit. Quiet, well made , light and very fairly priced. Received the package and my car needed bolts that were a bit longer so I contacted customer service and they took care of the problem right away. They were very friendly and on top of the issue. Nothing but good things to say about the service and product. Highly recommend.

Made sturdy enough but, feel like they could be a bit beefier. Be sure to put the rubber feet on before you install, 😆!! I could hear them while driving but minimal noise. Not intrusive.

Arrived in one piece with all hardware. Took 15-ish minutes to put together and another half-hour to get onto my 2021 outlander sport. Fits like a glove and looks pretty nice. Screws had somewhat of a difficult time getting into their sockets due to rusting on the interiors, but spraying it down with WD-40, letting it sit for ten minutes, then slowly inserting the screws in to shake loose the crust solved that issue. No pictures at the moment because I...kinda have no basket, and a empty picture of my car roof just doesn't seem very helpful. Will update if I remember, if they can hold the weight I plan on putting on them.

I spent 2 hours installing these because of their stupid design. What should be 15 min installation end up being 2 hour struggle. Clamp that tightens around roof rail it doesn't have long enough screw that you could just loosen it ..... put over the rail and tighten it. You literarily have to take it apart in order to put it over roof rail and once you do that and put everything in it's place screw angle changed and it's pushing the nut out of it's hole every time you try to tighten the clamp. It's impossible to put it back together. If that screw was just another 1/2" longer all these problems would be avoided and you would never need to take that apart. I literally had to expend the nut hole so the nut could sit in lower position and bolt could get trough it. It's not easy doing that and I could easily damage the part beyond the point that could be used, or even brake it. If I didn't have trip the next day and I needed this badly I would return it!

Great product. Instructions slightly hard to read. Ended up having to drill larger holes to get it to sit properly on my roof rack but overall sturdy rack.

It did the job just not a great fit for Outlander sport. Think about what your purpose for use is and buy another brand if your wanting a super secure load on top your car. Just not as I expected to be a good fit. Bolts were not long enough and had to use ones from Ace Hardware to be a fit that worked. Good luck.

Getting it mounted was difficult. You cannot see very well and need to angle the bolts not directly down but at a particular angle. After we figured that out got the first one in, the others were easier. Feels secure enough now, and we have used it to haul some furniture.

Installation was easy.

Almost perfect except the bolts that pinch the rails are too short. They need to be half an inch longer. And looking for longer bolts of the same type is impossible (in my area). I had to use quarter inch size bolts of 2.5 inch long to be able to snap the support over the rail. I woud have needed 6mm diameter bolt. And it is a bit wind noisy at speed, i was told they all do that but that does not bother me.

Instructions are poorly written, looks like they were haphazardly translated to English, but with the photos it wad manageable. The Instructions do not mention the rubber grips that are included in the package but it becomes obvious where they install. Unfortunately the fit was too tight to get the clamp over my side rails with the rubber on both sides if rail clamp, so I opted to remove the rubber from the medial sides. A bit of force needed to fit over the rails even with one rubber bumper removed and screw all the way backed off. Secured onto rails well. Didn't notice any noise when driving from just the rails installed (there was noise when i added backets and gear afterwards). I installed the first cross bar 20 inches from the front of the rail then floowed the directions.for distance between bars (there we're no directions for front bar placement so relied on Google).
