It was so worth buying this item. It was easy to assemble and figure out the measurements in a couple of minutes.. I had 20 handles to drill in my kitchen and i couldn't even think about doing it by hand. it is very good quality and I didn't feel like I would break it at any point while using it.

I've built kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, dressing room cabinets, and quality cabinets for every room in the house that needed new cabinets. But I always dreaded installing pulls. It's just not fun and a 1/16" error just ruins the cabinet doors and drawers. Sure, I've made simple jigs for drilling the holes precisely, but they were never really precise. UNTIL NOWI expected a commercial jig to cost much more, but Amazon has 'em. And the cheapest (under $10) is really high quality in a $10 tool. I had reservations but bought anyway.I could hardly wait for mine to arrive so I could use it.The kitchen in our new home has all factory-made expensive cherry cabinets. They're quite beautiful. But the installer failed to install two cabinet door handles . . . the ones over the ovens. So I found and purchased two new handles here on Amazon. They matched the rest of the cabinetry handles perfectly. But I didn't want to drill holes in the two cabinet doors by simply measuring and marking or taking the time to make my own 1-time jig like I used to do. So I searched Amazon and found this kit. When it arrived, within 20 minutes I had the two cabinet handles installed to perfection! No wallowing out the holes to get them to fit. Perfect alignment has been achieved first try!I'm thrilled!The ABS parts keeps metal from touching the finished woodwork. No scratches or mars anywhere; and accurate? Absolutely! I don't know how they could design, manufacture, package, and ship this kit for under $10. I'm so thrilled that I might just buy another couple to give away as presents to my like-minded friends.YES. Even if you only have one pair of cabinet doors or pulls to install, get this kit.

Very inexpensive jig that is easy to setup and works well. It comes with a punch that is smaller than the holes in the jig so it doesn't self-center which is unfortunate because it is a nice punch. I ended up marking the hole centers with a pencil, then using the punch. Good value for the money spent though.

Ordered the ABS (plastic and metal) type. For the price you get a great deal. Got the job done well, accurate, and quick. Comes with a convenient storage bag too.

This works like a charm. I have measured a few by hand. This is so much easier. I bought the cheaper abs one. That's all I needed love it.

I have never installed cabinet handles before. I read on a forum somewhere to invest in a jig. I went on the Amazon hunt and came across this. I installed 6 cabinet handles in under an hour and they look amazing. My last 2 I installed in 6 minutes. My husband came home from work and was impressed. It saved me alot of time was super easy to use and was accurate. The value is perfect and the quality is spot on. I've got 21 more to go and im so happy I invested in this.

This King & Charles cabinet jig is a handy tool, especially when you're tackling a whole kitchen's worth of hardware like I was for my daughter. Aligning drawer pulls and cabinet handles can be a real headache, but this jig makes it a lot easier. The automatic hole punch is a nice touch, saves a lot of time and prevents those annoying pilot holes that wander.Now, here's the thing, and it's important: you absolutely HAVE to double, and triple check the jig's alignment every single time you move it. It's very easy to bump it or have it shift slightly, and if you're not paying attention, you'll end up with misaligned handles. I learned this the hard way on a couple of drawers. I recommend, if possible, start (aka practice) with drawers or doors that are less visible, but that depends on your kitchen layout. Take your time, be meticulous, and you'll be fine.Overall, it made the job much faster and more accurate than eyeballing it. Just remember that alignment is key. Four stars because it could be a little more robust, but it gets the job done.
