A lovely resealable packet, The stickers are cute animals and smell wonderful. My daughter absolutely loves them. It comes with a poster to put the sticker on in the morning. It's part of her bedtime routine. Choosing 1 of 6 different animals. The sticker stay put and do not come off during the night. So they are still sticky enough to put on the poster. I think its helped her sleep alot, as the scent is nice, routine and makes bedtime more fun. The smell might not be as strong night after night of opening the stickers packet, but its still strong enough to help relax. We I'll get more Very happy customer

I was looking for something to help my Autistic son fall asleep a little easier. I've only been using them three days and I love them! The smell they have is really nice to start with. Day one, it still took a while to calm my sons stims. However, today and yesterday he's been able to calm his nervous system down pretty quickly. Throughout the last two night nights, my sons also slept soundly all night without stims waking him up or just him generally waking up for a drink, meaning I'm also getting a good night's rest, so far effectiveness is going great! He seems much more happier when he wakes up too. He also loves adding them to the sticker chart and choosing one of the 6 characters, which he learns about on the sheet too. Maybe it's just a fluke but the only thing that we have changed is adding these stickers to his night time routine. Would I buy again? If the nights keep going like this, then absolutely! The value for money is great. The stickiness is also perfect for toddlers.

Even if it is just a placebo, the jury is out but I don't care, these sleep stickers are actually working on my autistic children. They don't fall asleep in seconds, the stickers aren't the miracle I dream of but we enter bedtime calmly which is a first. They smell good. My 7 year old likes the sticker chart and tells me all the names of the characters as he puts them on each night. A now necessary part of our bedtime routine. If you are on the fence, I'd recommend a try to see if it makes a difference for your child.

Excellent product, the smell is very soothing and relaxing. The adhesive is very strong and the sticker doesn't move all night!! Highly recommended!

Bought these for my 12 year old daughter who has ADHD. She likes the smell and although I'm not sure if she falls asleep much faster with them they do seem to calm her down and she is thrilled with them. We've only been using them a couple of weeks. There is a sticker chart you can put each sticker on after for younger children. The pack is well sealed which is good or the stickere may lose their scent. We bought a weighted blanket to which also helps.

Bought these for my Daughter who has ADHD and Autism, she usually hates smells but she really likes these and asks for them before bed. Her completing the sheet it comes with has meant she is actually keeping up with the patches. Brilliant product will definitely buy when she is running low

To be perfectly honest, I'm an adult and decided to give these a try. I really like the scent that the product gives off, it's very calming and is the perfect strength. It's got a nice blend of soothing essential oils that provide a calming effect, helping me get better rest. They are super easy to use and stay on well without leaving oily or sticky residue. It's not a bad price for a 30 day supply as they seem to work decently well.

I bought these because I'm trying to wean my baby off the boobies, and although I'm doing a combination of things to get her to go to sleep with out them this surehas helped me keeping her calm, after bath time I give her a massage let her play and choose her sticker and then I carry her and walk around with her until she falls asleep. I have been seriously struggling for a good month I used the sucker buster alone to wean her off but i couldn't get her to self soothe but now getting this and also a tea that I make her I hope is helping! I would recommend these for anyone!
