Powerful, easy to use, and really works
This water flosser surprised me in the best way. The water pressure is strong — not like those weak gadgets that only tickle your gums. The battery lasts a long time, it’s comfortable to hold, and the size is perfect for everyday use or travel. It’s a bit noisy, but honestly, I’d be noisy too if I cleaned between teeth this well. After just a couple of days, you can really feel the difference — everything feels cleaner and fresher, almost like after a dental appointment. The tips are easy to swap, no leaks, no weird issues. For the price, it’s an awesome tool that actually does what it promises. If you’re unsure — just get it. Your teeth will thank you, and your dentist might miss the extra business.

Easy to Use Great Results
Update: 01/21/26--I felt it was important to state that I use the water flosser IN ADDITION TO my daily brushing and flossing routine. I use floss picks, interdental brushes, and regular dental floss. I also use Plax pre-brushing rinse to help remove plaque. I use a battery-operated Oral B toothbrush. The water flosser is a great addition to my normal routine. I received this water flosser 10/17/25 and began using it after I charged it overnight. I decided to wait until after my dental cleaning appointment to write a review so I could get feedback from the hygienist regarding the effectiveness of removing plaque. At my dental appointment on 12/11/25, the hygienist was pleased because there was very little plaque buildup on my teeth. Her only recommendation was to use the flosser on medium speed because she said high could cause damage to the gum tissue. Here are the PROS and CONS: PROS: It's very easy to fill the tank with water. (I use filtered water that I store in a water bottle on the counter) It holds a charge for two to three weeks. It's easy to use and makes my teeth feel really clean. It comes with five cleaning attachments: 2 regular water sprayers, 1 plaque removal tool, 1 tool for braces, and a tongue cleaner. I keep the tip covered with a toothbrush cover when not in use. CONS: It is a bit messy as water flows out of your mouth and on the handle which makes it slippery. Overall, I'm happy with the product and the results.

Recommend with a minor caveat (see review)
I have owned a number of cordless water flossers over the years including one from the top name brand. From my experience I would say they are all essentially the same. It is a simple product with a water vessel, a pump, a battery and a variety of tips. Given the way they work and common features it appears to me that the differences are minor, however, there are some design features that might make you consider one product over another. First, what I really like about this flosser. Price is one of them. For about $20 you get a pretty good product. There is no reason to spend much more to get a dental flosser that just squirts water around your teeth. The high price flossers don't do anything more and from my experience any better. It comes with a variety of water jets, three pressure settings plus a pulse setting, it uses a type C charging plug. On a full charge the flosser works over a month for me with twice daily use. A feature that makes this flosser really stand out is the water container. Unlike most flossers the design of the completely detachable water tank is revolutionary! It's shaped more like a jar with a twist top. It's easy to remove and effectively cleaned. You can use a glass cleaner brush going through the large opening to get to all the corners of the tank. All flossers should have this design. There is an additional feature that is worth considering. You can't just tap the start button and have water squirt out. There is a second or two delay built in that keeps you from having water squirt all over you, the mirror and the sink. A thoughtful feature. What I think needs some attention is the design of the combo on/off and pressure switch. First off the switch is flush with the body of the flosser so if you are turning it on and off by feel it can be a bit of a challenge to know where to place your finger to operate the instrument and making sure that you don't hit the part of the switch that operates the other function. I would have liked to see the switch a little further out from the body so it would be easier to locate with wet hands. Overall, I recommend this product and think it is a very good buy.

Works and Functions as Intended, Decent Product
It is a fairly simple and straightforward product to use. Instructions were easy and direct. Charger cord does not come with a block (its USB-A) so plan accordingly. After my initial use, I would recommend not to use just cold water in it. When I did, it feels EXTRA cold being sprayed into your gums. I would suggest more like a lukewarm temp of water. I am still learning to use it without getting water everywhere, but that's a me thing. I specifically chose this brand because it was at the top of multiple different product reviews (not on amazon) as one of the best for effective cleaning.

Very easy to assemble and disassemble; super for traveling
This flosser is very easy to assemble and disassemble. I brought it for traveling and it’s super convenient, portable size and space. A full charge can last three or more weeks of use. I have used it for three months, no water leak. Very functional and clean.

Good unit
I have been reluctant to use a portable water flower but this little machine has turned me around. It is powerful and does a good job, I believe, in getting my teeth cleaner than just plain flossing. My husband has this same unit and it seems to be holding well. My only complaint is that when I went to look for additional replacement picks, they only sell them in a multi-pack and include a bunch of additional picks that I don’t need and never will use. I think that is so wrong to force us to buy something we don’t need. Just a ploy to get our money.

Works great! I love this!
I like this so much I bought one for a Christmas gift for my husband. This helps clean my teeth so much better then brushing and flossing alone. I’ll floss and brush then use this and it gets things out that those missed. I have a permanent bridge and this is great for getting under that. The charge lasts a really long time. I like the multi levels and attachments. I also like that you can remove the water holder so it can be dried completely inside.

Best water flosser
This is the best water flosser that I have ever tried. I have been using a water flosser every day for the past seven years. I have used multiple brands and models, including the leading name brand. My last water flosser was an expensive brand, but it gave up the ghost after just a few months. This summer, I decided to purchase the Onlyone water flosser on sale and give it a try. It has been WONDERFUL. The biggest problem with other brands was that the battery always ran down after just a few days. Secondly, the other brands would trap water behind the reservoir and develop cracks in the tank, causing issues with water pressure while flossing, and leaking water puddles onto the bathroom counter overnight! Finally, the tank was always running out of water before I finished flossing, so I had to fill it up repeatedly. However, this brand fixes EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM. The battery easily lasts 3 weeks to one month on a single charge. Water never gets trapped behind the reservoir, and I have not seen any cracks develop in the tank after several months of use. The tank is larger, and I am easily able to finish flossing on a single fill. Two other bonuses for the Onlyone water flosser: 1) The suction power is stronger, so it cleans teeth more efficiently and doesn't leave behind water residue at the bottom of the tank. 2) The tips are slightly narrower than other brands. At first I was disappointed, but then I discovered that it is easier to reach difficult angles at back of my mouth. The narrower tips are also more efficient at cleaning food and plaque. A huge plus! The Onlyone water flosser is by far the best water flosser that I ever purchased. Amazing product for a great price.
