The thing about this is that yes you do lose weight I cannot deny that. The reason it does this is due to the use of senna leaves. Read up on them and how bad they are for you long term. They create a feeling of having the runs. I didn't keep anything down. Problem is when you stop using it your bowel won't empty naturally anymore it's dependant on the senna leaves. I became constipated after my teatox and got a constant bloat. 2 weeks later I still couldn't go normally. My doc have now told me to strictly stick to herbal teas with gently detox no senna leaves there's plenty of them on market. Yeah sure it's almost addictive when you lose weight quick but think about why you are? It's flushing everything out, the good stuff too. I won't recommend this until it removes senna leaves.

I know everyone is different, but for me the only reason why it helped me lose weight was due to everything passing through and out of me at rapid speed! It actually put me off eating as I was in a lot of pain with stomach cramps. A friend of mine however tried this exact product and was very happy with the result...as I say it depends on your own digestive system but if you are prone to IBS I wouldn't recommend it!

I've been using this product for 2 days...and my stomach is in agony. It's given me constant cramps and a bubbling sensation (due to everything flushing out) I can't say if I feel better on them or not, my stomach is massively bloated I've barely ate due to feeling constantly full and every time I do eat I feel nausea and constantly need to realise air! I don't know if I recommend these or Not!

Very disappointed have purchased these tea bags now for well over 12 months used this pack for a few days and after I have used the top few,12 of the remaining teabags had no leaves in them unable to send back as I had used several already

Just drinking but not noticed any results.

So good! Works very well and is delicious. I add lemon and honey as it suggests, ordered this monthly as it is so effective to flush & comfortably I must add.

Only draw back is you need to prepared for a lot of toilet visits
