We buy lots of coffee, theres so much about and more often that not its rubbish. Just got a bag of this and I have to say its a lovely coffee. Beans were quite light in colour but smelled lovely in the bag. A nice touch is that there is a plastic wire pipe cleaner type thing (if you know what I mean lol) that enables you to keep the opening of the bag closed when youve put some beans in the hopper and so keeping the beans fresh. This is my first impression of my first cup as ive yet to dial in the machine to get it how I want it. Ive got it set on number 3 grind coarseness and medium strength coffee delivery and straight away its producing a really nice cup. The espresso gave a nice crema and there was actual body to the smell and didnt smell watered down at all. There were spicy notes coming from the cup and that hint of rubber and nuts. Adding the foamed milk and tasting the coffee had real body and left a lovely strong coffee taste at the back of the throat with out that extreme bitterness. It seems a real quality ocffee from initial impressions thats only going to get better as I get my machine dialled in. At this price youd be mad not to try it. I will say I was dubious about buying it for £12 a kilo and thought t wouldnt be up to much but was very pleasantly surprised. Needless to say ill be purchasing more as we go through about 2kg a month, I cant see it staying at this price for long though.

I'd normally purchase the freshest beans I can get my hands on, usually from my local coffee shop, however, having a newborn baby has meant its been difficult to get to the shop and I bought these as its next day delivery and the reviews were positive. I can't fault them, flavour profile is as described, chocolate notes with little acidity. A kilo for the price is good value, and these will definitely be a good alternative until I can get out for some local beans.

Really Impressed with these coffee beans. As soon as you open the pack you can smell the fresh, fragrant aroma. And it gets even better when they are ground! We make our coffee in percolator coffee pot and when steaming the coffee the whole place is filled with amazing smell of coffee. The beans are quite oily and leave some oily residue in a coffee pot, but we don't mind, rather makes you think that the quality of bean is very high, because you don't usually see that in cheaper beans. It makes a really great espresso, smooth but strong flavour little bitter not too acidic. And it works great for flat white too, without loosing the flavour and strength. Really impressed with Presto Espresso Roast! The price seems a bit to expensive side but it is so worth it considering that for two of us drinking cup or two daily it lasted a month. We wanted to check other brands before settling to one and ordered 100% Arabica Master Blend from Coffee Masters, but so regret not sticking to Presto as it doesn't even stand close. Now we can't wait to grind through the kilo of their stuff to get back to ordering Presto and trying some of their other blends. Hope this helps you to make a choice of which beans to buy.

Excellent value for money. Smooth, strong tasting brew with no bitter aftertaste.

Coffee taste is great and been having it for a couple of years. However looks like the packaging has been changed to something which resembles paper. When opening the bag split and half the beans spilt on the floor! Hoping they revert back to the previous packaging!

I recently purchased 1kg of Presto Italian coffee beans from Amazon. The beans arrived in a couple of days and I must say I am totally impressed by the packaging, it’s very slick and 100% recyclable which is great plus. As a coffee lover I enjoy trying different roasters. I can say Presto are very passionate about coffee as I am. They have made enjoying coffee so much easier for everyone with their letterbox friendly packages and the option to have next day delivery. The particular blend I have purchased has beautiful notes of dark chocolate and fresh almonds. I have a coffee machine with a built in grinder and I found the beans ground well and pulled through the coffee machine beautifully producing a strong rich and silky flavour.

My go to coffee. It is ideal for a barista or even a home brew!

I have tried numerous coffee beans from numerous different brands and I keep finding myself coming back to this brand. I find the smoothness really pleasing and there is a chocolate flavour that is really tasty too. I don't find the coffee too intense and isn't too strong for me when using in a standard coffee machine. The packaging is designed to help keep the beans fresh for longer and looks quite smart when on the shelf. The size of the bag means you can have coffee available for a long time!

I'm not a coffee expert, but this was one of the best coffee I've ever tasted. Because they're in the UK I was afraid they won't be selling in Europe anymore, but it seems they are also in Ireland.

Lieferung wie erwartet wie immer super Habe eine espressosiebträgermaschine von beem und das seit Jahren und genauso lange kaufe ich den Espresso arabica von tchibo natürlich ganze Bohnen mahle ihn immer zu Hause portionsweise es ist schon ein Unterschied zwischen schon gemahlenen oder ganzen Bohnen guter Kaffee aber jetzt gibt es auch ein aber auch ich bin endlich dabei Nachhaltigkeit zu unterstützen dazu gehört die Umwelt und auch das Menschen ordentlich für ihre Arbeit bezahlt werden da ich immer dieselbe Maschine benutze merke ich auch sofort den Geschmack wenn ich anderen Kaffee benutze der Kaffee ist echt ne Bombe beim aufmachen der Packung kam mir ein super Geruch entgegen und habe gleich einen lunghi gemacht und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht ein wirklich guter Geschmack hier hat sich Nachhaltigkeit bemerkbar gemacht ich werde ihn wieder bestellen auch wenn der Preis höher ist dafür unterstützt man ja auch Menschen und Umwelt und das hat ja auch seinen Preis Daumen hoch nur bei der Verpackung meine war ein bisschen aufgerissen geht auch bei ganzen Bohnen Aroma weg aber ihr macht das schon da bin ich mir sicher

Meiner Meinung nach sind diese Kaffeebohnen die besten die ich jemals getrunken habe. Der Geschmack und das Aroma sind einfach nur perfekt. Ich bin sehr traurig über die öfters Preisänderung und die nichtverfügbarkeit, daher freut man sich immer umso mehr, wenn sie wieder auf Lager sind. Top Kaffeebohnen, sehr weiter zu empfehlen, trotz recht hohen Preis!
