Grainy, wet, gross, over seasoned, good ingredients and good price unfortunately, inedible
I am looking for an economical alternative to Just Egg products. This is Not it. This product has a horrible wet grainy texture like over seasoned cornbread stuffing. Nothing like egg, nothing like egg substitutes. Good healthy ingredients but not ediblle as is. I have experimented a little by adding pea protein but nothing is helping the gross texture.

Utterly inedible—awful awful product
I bought this as a potential item to keep in our emergency food supply as it’s meant to be a shelf stable scramble. It is not anything close to a scramble—it’s seasoned chickpea flour. You’d be better off buying chickpea flour and making something easy and delicious like socca instead of forcing yourself or your family to eat this cruel gruel. It’s texture is horrible but the worst—the thing that made it truly inedible was how horrifically salty it was. I would definitely avoid this waste of money and buy something, anything, else. Shame on these manufacturers taking folks’ money for such sham of a food product—I feel robbed and of course, cannot get my money back. Thanks, Amazon.

More salt than anything else
Smells like egg when I mix it but it does not taste like egg. There is so much salt in it it is almost inedible.

Texture
If you’re looking for a dried Just Egg ™️ texture, you should keep looking. This gives off a hard boiled egg scented falafel. It is salty but tastes great.

Yummy as a seasoning
Doesn't taste or look like scrambled eggs, and seasonings means it can't be attempted as an egg substitute in recipes. However, tastes great as a seasoning added to fried rice and veggies

A Crime Against Humanity
The worst thing I’ve ever eaten. Dark brown, grainy, overpoweringly salty, and stinky. Stunk up my house with an awful rotten egg smell. I only could stomach one bite after attempting two different batches and methods of cooking. DO NOT BUY

Taste
I purchased this item to use as an egg replacement in brownies, cookies, and other baked goods. I don’t like the taste of eggs. I followed the directions on the package for one egg and used it in brownies. I thought the brownies had a terrible eggy taste.I have used powdered egg replacement before and had great results.I am going to try another brand, I also was not able to return the item.
