Seems to be ok. Head rest is not comfy but no big issue. Takes a while to get the knack of reclining. Once mastered it’s ok. Sturdy and comfortable.

Great chair very comfortable. It does not tilt that easily but when it has been used more it will be better. It’s very heavy but sturdy. The grey cushion is very comfortable.

The chair is made of steel. It rusts if paint is chipped, and inside tubes.Otherwise, very strong and comfortable.

I'm not usually impressed by thing's these day's, but this garden chair not only arrived 48 hour's earlier than expected but is really comfy, sturdy and well made I can see myself fast asleep in the garden on this.

Very poor quality. The seat mattress is not as thick as appears in the images and pulls/stretches down underneath the head. The arm cushions slide off to the side so are very irritating. The locking mechanism when reclining the chair has already broken on one chair and the other is cracking/snapping so will break soon also im sure. Frame is not robust/sturdy as appears in the images. Very expensive for such a poor quality product.

Very sturdy chair, took a while to get to grips with the reclining. Think it was just a bit stiff. Padded cushion is ok, personally I feel it could have been a bit more padded, feels a bit flimsy so I wonder at the longevity

The chair arrived a day earlier than promised, and was well packaged and undamaged by transit. Despite the minimal instructions, it was easy to fit the cushions and figure out the locking mechanism. The frame is very sturdy and feels solid to sit in. Not quite sunny enough to use yet, but I tested it on my patio, and was completely satisfied. A friend has already commented on it's looks and comfort, so I've sent her the link, and expect she will buy one herself. It folds up to a quite compact shape and size and I expect to get many years of use from it. Would buy again if the need arises.
