Comfortable, convenient, comes with a bag
I've been using this warm compress for 3 weeks. Most comfortable compress I've used. It covers my eyes enough without being too big. I've used other compresses that were too big across my nose bridge or around the sides and caused a rash. I use eye mask sheets to keep my warm compress clean and get a better moist heat (https://smile.amazon.com/Project-Beauty-Non-woven-Disposable-Extensions/dp/B07FD63JYJ/ref=sr_1_2). Pros - Good fit. - Good weight. - Holds heat long enough. - Comes with a storage bag. It's a nice bag. This is why I chose Mediviz originally. I didn't have a good way to store my other eye masks and they got dusty around the house. Cons - It'd be nice if the mask held heat for a couple minutes longer. It holds around 10 minutes at a usable temperature for me. I'm still finding the right microwave time.

Worked well to quickly alleviate my dry eye symptoms
I bought two different dry eye masks, the Dry Eye Mask by Heyedrate and the MediViz Blepharitis Eye Mask. When I received them, I noticed that they were virtually identical: packaging identical, shape and size of the masks virtually identical. The only two differences I found are (1) that one came with a green pouch and the other came with a blue pouch; and (2) the MediViz may be just a slight bit smaller. They both had the same instructions and felt the same on. I tried the Heyedrate mask first. After using it for two days, my dry eye symptoms were much better. I went ahead and tried the MediViz on the third day, mainly to compare the two. In my opinion, they both felt the same on my face, both seemed to work well, and my experience with both was the same. After microwaving them for 20 seconds, neither were too hot to the touch, so I could immediately apply them to my eyes. And as several reviewers noted, both cooled off within 5 to 10 minutes. I did not feel this was a bad thing, since the instructions say to apply for up to 10 minutes. So the 5 - 7 minutes I used each of them seemed sufficient to alleviate my symptoms. I am happy with my purchases and will keep both of them. I didn't give a full 5 stars, because I would have preferred that the cloth covers were removable so I can wash them separately.

Very comforting & easy to use
Just received the eye mask; heated in the microwave for a total of 30 seconds and it stayed comfortably warm on my eyes for 10 minutes which is a tremendous advantage over hot washcloths which seem to be cold within one minute of use. I am looking forward to using the eye mask on a regular basis and hopeful it will provide relief to my irritated eyes, including my issues with eyelid lumps and bumps (styes and chalazions). The mask did seem to provide a bit of nice moisture and there was no noticeable smell to the mask. Appears to be very well made and fits nicely in the included storage bag. Very relaxing, too!

Very effective at maintaining a good temperature for MGD and not have to replace wet towels constantly
I really like this but noticed at just 20 seconds it gets quite hot. I used a temp gun to check it after this and was reading 118 degrees. Therapeutically I read you need over 104F sustained for about 4+min. I noticed my vision is blurry for about 20min after using this as well. Does anyone know the best safe temperature range is for using this treatment method? I don't want to go too hot, I take extremely hot showers so heat generally doesn't bother me much but I don't want to risk damaging my eyes. I really like the heat warmth which radiates out from this mask, it lasts quite a while and this was recommended by my doctor due my glads not producing enough oil. All in All I give it 5 stars I just wish that their was a way to know what is the best temperature to heat the pads too or if what is comfortable for each person is fine.

Great value and easy to use
I had been using the microwaveable heating pads from the pharmacy, but my Optometrist recommended these instead to help with clogged oil glands. They are more convenient so I use them way more often. Comfortable and easy to use.

World's best eye mask
This didn't look that impressive when I took it out of the box but it is the world's greatest eye mask. You warm it for 20 seconds in the microwave and it is like heaven on your eyes. The beads warm up and hug your eyes. It puts me right to sleep and I also use it for meditation. It also naturally relieves sinus congestion and I wake up without bags under my eyes from allergies/sinus problems. I absolutely love it.

I find this doesn’t stay hot for long at all, maybe 5 minutes. And, you’d think it would feel good, but for me the sensation was confining, not comforting. Cheap Velcro fastener degrades fast and the product doesn’t last long.
