Changed my life. This is not hyperbole. Particularly good in running shoes -- does not affect my gait at all. I don't even know it's there, except there's no pain in my big toe. Only thing: There's only ONE PER PACK. If you suffer in both feet (I do), you have to buy two. But truly, it's money well-spent.

I have a bunion on one foot. I insert under the shoe sole insert and the foot is painless while walking and exercise. I no longer jog, but these accomplish fully what I need. Great price. These are as good as others that I “over”paid four times as much.

This is my second review of this product because I purchased it twice because I lost the first one. Anyway, there are 10 different ones they’re all identical, but this one was the least expensive and they gave two free insoles for free. They just threw it in. I highly recommend this product from this company

I have zero complaints about these inserts. In fact for me they have saved my foot (I have arthritis in my left big toe). I am able to where a most of my older footwear that I would have otherwise had to throw out. I bought mine 1/2 size smaller than my shoes. Next time I might size down a full size. Only thing is I couldn’t wear them for my cardio classes (step and boxing). I would assume for those classes I need more forgiveness in toe bend.

Loved the soft insoles that came with. Used them in a different shoe and they are so comfy.

Ordered a size 8 women’s they don’t fit the car by the piece that goes in. It’s not cuttable they sent me the wrong size and now they want me to stand on my head to return them. I don’t have a printer and my town doesn’t have UPS who they use so I guess I’m ripped off don’t buy them because their sizes are off.
