Very nice, high quality product. I use this daily in my upholstery shop. Holds plenty of water for a long use cycle.

Performs as expected. Once again nice to see American made products. One of the many reasons I purchased this steamer. Could of bought a cheaper one no doubt, but when u spend a little xtra money and get a superior product that will last years to come it well with it. AAAAAAA+++++++++ If your debating spending the money. DONT!!!! JUST BUY IT. !!!!!

I install aftermarket leather in new cars for dealerships. This is a must have tool to have. We use this to steam the vinyl portion of the seat covers to make them more pliable to stretch and install. We also use this to heat the plastics up to prevent them from cracking on removal. I have 3 of these machines in the shop, and order parts as needed from jiffy to do repairs when needed.

I am just now having to replace the steamer for the second time. I sent it in for repairs last time and the costs ended up equaling buying a new unit. So I just bought a new one this time. This makes me sad because product replacement and longevity are a massive part of human waste and the contamination of our planet. It would be nice to see repair training as it is a simple machine and wouldn't take a complex strategy to roll out training for small item repair places. Of course that would cut into Jiffy sales so it probably won't happen in spite of being more planet friendly. So only a four star rating based on that.
