Defective Tank Cannot be returned due to shipping restrictions
The Helium tank only filled 2 10” latex balloons Was supposed to inflate 59 inch latex balloons And I cannot return the tank because it’s deemed and un shippable Question then, how was it deemed suitable to my home beware do not buy one
