Maybe it’s me. Barely fit and didn’t help much with girth.

When I say it sucks I mean that itcreates suction but there isn’t enough section at least not for me. Still, it is functional the design is typical of these pumpssSo I don’t expect much difference.. It comes with three different size openings, indicated by what would most likely be diameter certainly not length and it takes some trial and error to determine which one is best suited. I found the medium one to be the most comfortable and suitable for my size. The tube itself is made of a sturdy plastic and has numbers on it that don’t seem to correspond to normal measurement. The grenade styled pump is not your typical flimsy rubber nor is the hose, It has a solid construction It comes with a Sealed blue ring, which at first I thought it was lubricant but I think it’s some kind of a addition nowhere can I find indicated what it’s for? For the current price point of around $17 it’s not a bad value for the money.

The box graphics and even the product listing page here is misleading. Showing a pull type vacuum switch when what you get is the pump type. But good thing it was the pump type I wanted to get, almost thought I got the wrong thing.For those with a small "member", this cylinder pump is quite wide I think.Also, although this is for the most part straightforward to use, it would still be nice to have some documentation and/or instructions about the product but you get none here.

The enclosure doesn't maintain a tight air gape at the bottom and you feel that hissing sound. It takes away the vacuum effect, of which this device solely depends on.

Okay, first things first:1.) There are, basically, no instructions with this thing beyond what's on the box.2.) What's shown on the box isn't what you get. Box shows a t-style pump handle, you get a bulb style. (The pictures in the listing show what you actually get, so points there.)Second... you really don't need much beyond what's on the box. There's only three working elements to this thing, anyways: The tube, the vacuum line (s), and the seal. It's pretty easy to figure out how to put together and the seal is just a matter of trial and error to figure out what works best for you. (There's also a little squishy blue ring that I assume goes on the base of your buddy to help him stay standing at attention once you let off the vacuum.)That said... assembly instructions:1.) Pull everything out of the box.2.) The knurled end of the tubing goes on the cylinder, the straight end on the bulb.3.) Pick your seal (conveniently color coded!) and apply it to the open end of the cylinder. It may be helpful to apply a small amount of silicone-safe lubricant to the... business portion.4.) Pop your wangdangdoodle into the cylinder through the opening in the seal.5.) Squeeze the bulb until the main event is ready to be the star of the show.6.) Release the vacuum with the little button below the bulb. The valve is default close and spring loaded, so you don't have to fiddle with anything to get things going, as it were.7.) Enjoy... whatever it was you were intending to enjoy!8.) Do yourself a favor and clean everything up real good once you're done. You'll thank yourself next time you get this device out.It's... pretty basic, but what else do you REALLY need? About the only thing I could see causing problems is if you need a size that isn't provided with the included seals (in which case you're either blessed or cursed) OR someone with something that causes grip weakness that might prevent them from being able to operate the bulb easily. Other than that, there's really nothing to go wrong (assuming the valve/bulb doesn't break or wear out).Get it, give it a shot, and see how you feel about it. Good luck and have fun!

This was an immediate mood killer for us. You have to pump it, and the air just smells like this weird penis air. And the amount of humidity that comes off of your penis in this makes it look like one of those wrapped plants for sale that have the humidity in the container. This was also too small, I could not comfortably use it. The only reason it's getting two stars is because it made me laugh a lot.

I've seen devices like this advertised since I was a wee lad, and was always curious but never really in need of one (I swear). I got it as a novelty (I swear), and when I told my wife, she was excited to see it in action. Not because she thought I needed it (I swear) but because she, too, had always seen the advertisements and was curious. I promise you that's the story. Don't look at me like that.Like other reviewers have mentioned, you get basically no instructions, but the device is simple enough that you can figure it out pretty quickly. Once you find the appropriately-sized sleeve - the smaller ones were way too small (I swear) - stick it in and pump away.Does it work? Kind of. The vacuum does make your little soldier into more of a general, and I guess if you were to use this to pump yourself up then immediately release the pressure, take it off and start the intimacy with your partner, it might have some effect. If, on the other hand, you think this is going to give you a larger hog all the time, well, I'm sorry to report that that is not likely the case (although I've only tried it once so who knows but probably not).A fun novelty, and I'm glad to have had the opportunity to satisfy the curiosity, but I'm not sure it will be a regular part of our routine. Because I don't need it.(I swear)
