Orzly OnePlus 6 Screen Protectors, TWIN PACK of Pro-Fit (Full Coverage) Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Oneplus6 (Case Compatible)

So, I purchased these a year or so ago and have only just put these on as the factory screen protector was more than ample up until now.So I have never had many problems with the orzly branded screen protectors, I have purchased them since the OnePlus one and I have always thought they perfected the product then, put the screen on and you can see the screen stick down. This wasn't the case for the OnePlus 3 screen protector, they decided to stick on the outside black area, but it stuck, maybe a bit of rain owing, but it held fine. I decided to get an orzly for my OnePlus 6, orzly have gone back to complete adhesive, I can see it sticking down from the center outwards, which for some strange reason is very satisfying. Although, I'm not sure if it's the shape of the screen, it the adhesive isn't what it was, but one of the sides doesn't quit stick down properly. I attempted both screens, both had issues around the edges. Whilst I can appreciate the edges are curved, surely for a premium product, it should stick flawlessly.Also, why do you insist on the black surround? This always takes some of the screen real estate, now now by much, maybe like half a mm, but still. Why can you not just produce a complete clear piece of glass? You did for the OnePlus one! The screen already has a black surround, you don't need to expand this!So this has been a bitter sweet install, we're back to complete back adhesive, which is nice, no rainbow effect in the middle and a nice clear screen. But, the black surround and the lack of contact around the edges is really poor.I suspect this screen protector won't last long due to the lack of edge contact, the stock factory screen protector lasted nearly 2 years and that was a piece of plastic...

The screen protector is brilliant but with a extremely big design flaw. That bold black edge. This is so not meant for phones with notch displays. I had to hide my notch because all I could see was a squared black thick border on my very phone. It just doesn't work. And I can still see the border because the protector is smaller than the actual screen. Don't buy. Quality, yes. Functionality, no.

This is cheaper than the official one but I found it a bit of a nightmare to fit.It requires exact alignment otherwise the notch and the top notification bar will not be flush and look horrible.However, on my second attempt I managed to get it on perfectly without any bubbles or dust.It's silky smooth, feels just like the original glass and looks great.On my Oneplus 6 you wouldn't know I put on a screen protector. It blends in so well.There's no ugly dot matrix grid underneath, no halo effect on the edges and no sparkly grid effect like some other tempered glass protectors have.It's an excellent piece of glass with a few caveats:> Very difficult to fit precisely, theres literally no margin for error, the bottom edge of the notch must be perfectly flush.>The black edges will cover up some of the oled screen, i would say about 0.5-1mm of the visible screen will be covered up on the sides and corners so the screen will become a tiny tiny bit smaller. I guess this is due to the design having a black border to cover up the halo on the edge of the glass where the flat glass of the protector won't stick onto the curved edge of the phone.This is way better than the screen protectors without the black border, because they will either not cover up the whole screen or they will have that ugly bubble edge effect, and lets be honest it looks awful.Tip: if a speck of dust does get underneath and cause a bubble, you can get it out by sliding in a sliver of the sticky portion of a post it note sticky side up, the dust speck will stick to the post it note then you can pull it out.

I was delighted with the screen when I put it on the phone but it's cracked already. I suppose it's doing its job and protecting the phone but I done expect it to be long before I have to replace it. I'd really prefer a screen I could put on and forget about

I usually have no issues fitting my screen protector but these don't even look like the instructions say lol also as much as you clean your screen you can't clean the dust off of the sticky side of the screen protector which I should point out was on there before I peeled it from the back. So one had to go straight to the bin...sort of defeats the point of having 2 ...difficult to apply don't know what they are using to stick these but it's not great. Finally got it to fit properly but it's not full coverage as described not great won't be ordering these again not cheap and not good either

Okay, so this is by far the best screen protector for the OPO6 that I've had. Others didn't stick properly to the screens and had bubbles. This one completely sticks to the screen, I had bough rom ORZLY before, for my OP3, and I must say this time it did not disappoint.The 5th star however I cannot grant, since it kinda takes some of the screen away with the black edge, not something that terribly bothers me, but since I bothered to pay for a phone with 86% screen, i don't like that I can only see 82% with this screen, some games and some subtitles are cut by about a mm. Imo it'd be a lot better if it was transparent, however, i firmly believe this is the best OP6 screen cover out there. Do say if you find a better one.

My phone get abused at work. I drop it loads, and it gets lay on. It gets exposed to iron fillings, saw dust, water, oil and alsorts of chemicals. I replace these screens every 6ish months and they are usually badly cracked. However, when I take the protective layer off,I'm always surprised how good of a job it has done protecting my phone, it still looks brand new! The pack is great and has everything you need to prepare your phone screen.
