Strap clips are flimsy amd break easily
I had high hopes for this bag to use while kayaking. The first time that I took the bag out, the clip for the shoulder strap broke. I didn't even make it to river before it broke and had to turn back and change bags. Very disappointing. The bag was not overloaded or heavy but the bottom clip on the bag to clip the strap to just snapped in half. No, I would not reccomend if you plan on slinging the bag over your shoulder. It is good when it comes to repelling water though and if you can use it without the strap.
