I just started using this so I am not sure of the results yet, but the item itself is quality. It is real stone, and the style and shape is ergonomically friendly and easy to use.

Got 3 different brands of gua sha, none of them are perfect, this is the closest. The top of the heart angles are too deep, like the others, hence the removal of one star. Edges are smooth, nice weight, otherwise decent proportions. This is my fave of the three. It cracked after multiple drops in the shower(my fault) as ANY tool would, so got several more so I'm never without.

Quality is great! The comfort is smooth on my skin, especially with the right oil. The value is way more than the price!

Love this tool! It's made out of solid, high quality jade, and I was immediately impressed. It has a great weight to it. It's really easy to use and hold. I watched a YouTube video to learn what to do. It's made a huge difference on my skin and is helpful in tightening the skin along the sides of my chin. As a bonus, I feel relaxed after using it! Highly recommend!

The product is nice and cold and feels really good on your skin. I didn’t notice my difference in shape of my face yet but I will keep trying. I also suspect that it is breaking my face a little and I press very light on the skin. Maybe it’s just not for my skin type.

The product is VERY heavy, doesn’t have same curves like the the one in the pictures it has a carved logo saying “Lösen” on one side and bar code of their fb page on the other. I tried using it and it’s the most unsatisfying feeling ever ! It’s heavy, uneven, my face hurts. I can’t return it and now i’ll have to buy a normal quartz one cause this is just horrible. I swear the product weighs more than my phone, guys the picture is misleading they are using this picture from another company and making dupes. Do not buy !!! I paid 738 EGP and they are just gone to the wind. Btw i send the company “Lösen” a msg on whatsapp saying their pics and product is misleading and all i got was a sorry. I rarely write reviews but I was so pissed and i had to warn any buyers here in Egypt.
