My son uses while exercising qand he seems to be pleased with it.

I admit that I was more than a little skeptical of a breath exercise device when this popped up on my Amazon list. I am training to improve my stamina, running 15 miles per week on my way to 20 miles at a faster pace.I've used the device daily for about 3 weeks now. It is easy to dial up or down the inspiratory and expiratory resistance, and you want to aim for something that is sustainable for several minutes while comfortably breathing in and out of your mouth. Review guidelines dictate that I can't say whether it has improved my stamina.

The strength of my diaphragm became immediately apparent when breathing through this apparatus for the first time, having to adjust it to the lowest setting. I breathed through it for about 5 minutes a day for a few days a week and saw slow but noticeable progress, eventually being able to increase the resistance a tad bit.The design is comfortable and easy to use. The resistance is easily adjusted using the twist knob on the end of the device.The device does not come with a training guide or plan, which would help determine recommended frequency of use and how long each session should be for optimal results.
