It works. I just wish they were strong.

Much better than Prilosec. Nexium doesn't stop working after a few hours.

This actually beats the highly expensive prescription strength Prilosec. I purchased for my mother before and it does sustain her for up to 24 hours. Recently her doctor had put her on Prilosec (proton pump inhibitor) which would work somewhat throughout the day but she would have breakthrough acid later at night while trying to sleep. I decided to order this again which has been 100% successful both throughout the day and night. I understand it's costly but prescription strength Prilosec with insurance cost her $40 imagine it without. I highly recommend Nexium hands down.

I've been on this medication since 2003. The clear minis are easy to swallow. The result is great. I do not rely on any other antacids.
