The product came intact and actually wrapped in plastic so even if the bag had broken a little, it was secure. You can use this mix for more than biscuits. It was great.

Best Southern Flour Self Rising for Biscuits and Scones
I have used many top name brand Self Raising flours for biscuits, scones, and more. This is by far the best tasting and easiest to use Self Raising Flours by Renwood Mills. A true southern flour. Southern Biscuit Self-Rising Flour is now a staple in my pantry. I recommend that you give it a try.

Fantastic biscuits, pancakes and more with this flour!
Love this flour. Self-rising flour can be so useful for baking, I don’t know why it isn’t used more often in recipes. I make 2-ingredient bread with this (1 C. Flour and 1 C. Fat Free Greek Yogurt), and the BEST southern biscuits my husband has ever had, and he’s from the south. A tip I learned is to use frozen butter and grate it to add to the dough and you’ll get amazing biscuits. I’ve ordered Southern Biscuit self-rising dough several times and will continue to order more! Makes easy, wonderful, thick and fluffy pancakes, too!

It’s just self Rising Flour
Biscuit flour? Used it to make biscuits this morning. Absolutely no difference between this and White Lily self rising. White lily costs under $3 for 5 lbs and this is $11 for 2 lbs. You do the math.
