I love the "Merry Mint" color! Hard to find and lovely on a cool-toned fair-skinned person. And probably other complexions as well! Formulation is as good or better than eyeshadow sticks that cost twice as much (e.g. BB, LM).

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is only of the 5 I bought that was wrapped. The others I chose to sanitize because they were not sealed!This eye shadow is easy to apply and looks good.I can't beleive the other 4 were not sealerd. One looked like it had been used so I threw it away. I wanted to review each one but this doesn't let me. You can't mess with things going on your skin. This is Amazon's packing fault.

I'm in love with this amethyst color eye shadow. It's the perfect plum/bronze/shimmer color that I was looking for and is sooooo hard to find. It looks amazing with blue eyes and brown mascara. It does stay on longer with an eyeshadow base or neutral color. But even applied directly on my skin, it stay's on and stay's put 95% by end of the day. Its smooth and easy to blend with my finger or a makeup brush. I purchased a few extras cause i'm scared they will discontinue the color.

Works well and great price however it's not marron colored. It's more brown than anything.

This is a very fluid creamy formula. It dries fairly quick and then is stable. It was too creamy for my eyelids which are hooded. Beautiful colors available.

I love this eye shadow stick!! The French Violet is very similar to Thrive Muna. I ordered several in case they are discontinued.

I just opened it this morning and I found out it was defective. It had broken inside the sealed package. I went to return it and they said the window closed yesterday to return it! Open your packages from Covergirl right when you get it or you may get stuck with a defective product that is not useful!

Not sure what is meant by "French" violet, but to me violet should be some shade in the purple family. It looked violet on the Amazon site, and even allowing for screen differences, the actual color was more brown, even coppery. My photo shows it on my white forearm underside. The shade is pretty, and I will certainly use it, but already had several other similar sticks. The shadow went on nicely, but I'm disappointed it was not an accurately named product.
