Perfect for addressable LEDs
These are perfect for WS2815 LEDs or any addressable LED strip with a backup data line. These would also work well with any clocked addressable LEDs like AP102s. It's much better than using the standard Black, Green, Red, Blue 4 pin JST connectors that have the wrong colors and pins for addressable LEDs.

Fast and value
These came in quickly. They work great for our lights. Easy to work with.

Great for running the same scene simultaneously on two led strings. Small 22gauge wires.
These cables are a great way to duplicate a sequence on a second set of lights provided those lights have a JST connector (or you can solder one). Just to get this out of the way, depending on your light length and current usage, 22AWG might not offer enough current for larger light strips, as it is only rated for 7A. 5V WS2811s might be limited to 120 lights per chain unless you limit the power to each one. As both legs of the y seem to contact the JST pin, both strips can have this quantity. These serve an important function, but you should know what these can do and what they cannot. The way serial lights generally work is by a controller sending a string of bytes equal to the number of lights. Each pixel takes the first byte to set itself, then removes that byte and sends the rest of the bytes on to the next light until all bytes have been used. This means the addressing scheme is reliant on the signal wire physically running sequentially from your first light to your last. As these y harnesses split parallel connections on your serial wire, this will send your byte string to both strips. Each strip will sequentially be identical to each other and individual control of one light on one strip won't be possible. If you need individual control of every light, but want the lights to have a similar starting point, these y's get complicated. You can cut the signal wire from one side of the harnesses and run a new signal wire from there to the end of the first light strip, which would add that strip after the first (if you have 100 lights per strip, light 101 will be the first light on the second strip). If you're using a bare controller with 3.3v signals, such as a ESP32 prototype board, you might have to include a level shifter if your signal wire is long. If your software of choice has a quick start guide (WLED has a great one), this usually includes info on using a level shifter. The way these are wired, these also can't run two led strips with different voltages. All that said, parallel strips have some great uses. if you want an identical pattern on two strips these y's would make that super easy. You might want each pixel to be brighter, running two parallel sets next to each other would do that. You might want holiday lights on the bottom of the roof/gutter and front the facia to be in synch, these will do that. You might want to mirror lights in two directions so sequences start in the middle and move to the ends. If you have a use case for this type of connector, it will make these setups much easier. Price is fair. 7A limit might be a bit of a bummer to some, but my need for these is on very short strips so I can't complain.

This is 26 AWG wire, very, very thin wire..........
This is not 20 AWG wire at 0.032 inch diameter, it is 26 AWG at 0.015 inch diameter, very, very thin wire you cant do much with.
