Good product
Great water beading, easy to apply with minimal streaking.

I used it during a storm
Worked great. My husband said he saw a video where you could use it in the rain, so that's what I did. It was already storming, and I was at a rest area and I sprayed it on and turned on my windshield wipers, and did it again. It worked great! It might have been better if I had used as directed, but this hack made driving on the interstate for 4 hours in huge storms a little less stressful.

Particles clog spray nozzles (multiple) almost immediately
Product works as advertised but spray nozzle is clogged (permanently) by ceramic particles within 5-6 pumps. Switched to another spray nozzle borrowed from another product which also clogged (permanently) after even fewer pumps than the nozzle which came with the product. Be prepared to resort to applying this product with a towel, as it apparently is not well suited for use with a spray nozzle (at least at the standard diameter). Didn't prevent using the product but made it more difficult to apply evenly to the windshield.

No haze if you buff with a clean dry cloth.
I purchased CLR to remove nasty buildup on my shower glass doors. First, I restored the shower doors with CLR with a non-scratch pad and then rinsed them thoroughly with water. After drying the doors, I sprayed Rain-X Cerami-X Glass Cleaner + Water Repellent, directly onto the glass and worked it in with a microfiber cloth until it hazed over. Finally, I buffed the haze off with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. The results were astonishing! The doors look better than when they were new. When I showered, the doors repelled water exceptionally well. While I was at it, I also cleaned the bathroom mirrors using just Rain-X Cerami-X Glass Cleaner + Water Repellent and buffed off the haze with a clean microfiber cloth to a diamond-like shine. Once again, the results were astonishing and even better than when they were new.Hint: To really get the full effect also do the outer side of the shower glass doors, no CLR. Just spray, wipe and buff with a clean cloth.Hint 2: Make sure the cloths you are using were not washed and/or dried using clothes fabric softener, as this leaves an oily residue. It will make your hard work, look a bit swirled at the end.

Not a good ideal
I’ve used rain-x for years. This stuff leaves a film on your windshield. As soon as you turn on your wipers, it makes marks on the glass. Not very helpful during a storm.

Okay as a Regular Cleaner - Can't Replace the OG Bottle
This stuff is fine. It does a pretty good job cleaning windows, and does leave a decent hydrophobic coating, but nothing can replace the OG Rain-X in the little bottle you rub on with a cloth. That stuff will always be the best, but this does a pretty nice job as a cleaner for day-to-day use to just help keep the windows extra bead-y.I still prefer Sprayway glass cleaner as my go-to glass cleaner and that stuff can be used on any EVERYTHING. This is nice to throw into the mix to just keep the coating up but like I said, it won't fully replace the Rain-X in the small bottle we all know and love. Maybe after a few applications, this thing will get there. As others have said, it can leave behind a bit of a haze that's tough to buff out. I've noticed it on some windows, and not on others, which is odd, but with a little work, you get there. At that point, the original Rain-X is probably the same amount of work and yields a better result. My assumption is we're all looking to buy this because the application seemed easier, and while that is SOMETIMES the case, it doesn't work quite as well and can at times be the same or equal work to buff out.TL;DR - it's fine. It doesn't compare to the Rain-X Original we all know and love, but does a decent job cleaning windows, can help to maintain and already-applied hydrophobic coating, and I imagine after a number of times using this, you'll get a decent coating with this product alone.

Streak free
Much better than original RainX. The first few applications has been completely streak free and smells great too. Very easy to apply. Recommended to me by a major national glass company to help reduce chance of minor chips to new windshields.

Works amazing on the windows.
Works amazing during florida torrential down pours. I barely haveto use the wipers. Sidenote I used this on my shower curtain and I've seen over 95% reduction in scum build up and it makes it a lot easier to clean, when needed.

Works as advertised ... maybe.
have looked at the bad reviews and anticipated the problems. The one I got was made in 2021 so I guess all the issues I saw were sorted out. Works very well as a glass cleaner and I have no complaints about that area. The beading? well, the water beads but doesn't strike me as hydrophobic enough to impress me. Maybe it's just because my car hasn't experienced rain that's strong enough to demonstrate its ability. Overall, it's a product that I would gladly recommend.
